Worst bank experience I ever had.
They constantly giving me unreliable information since I’ve opened my bank account and I’ve tried to make on online check deposit.

I walked in expecting to open a bank account but what I then overheard next motivated me to go elsewhere. An employee had mentioned to what seemed like the branch manager that they were feeling ill possibly had Covid. The manager then proceeded to tell the employee that they would be able to leave after helping out a very important customer. No mask no anything.
1. You really let an employee interact with a customer KNOWING that they could have infected them.
2. You didn’t care that the employee was feeling ill.
I got out of there as quickly as I came in. It’s sad to see that companies like this don’t care about the well-being of their employees. I get it, it’s business but to basically put your employee at the risk of spreading a disease.
And the fact that a possibly new client saw this is even worse.

My mother and I had an appointment yesterday with Robin M. He made the process on opening a new account for my mother so easy. He explained everything throughly, and always asked if we had any questions. Such a nice person. The bank itself is super clean and modern. You are greeted right away once you walked in. Loved it!

Had horrible experience in this location. We opened account with the guy name “Jordan Wright“
It took about 2:30 hour to open a simple account. Very incompetent and impolite. After apparently he opened the account we noticed he made a big mess and because of his mess the Chase put the account on hold. We had to go to another branch and spend more time with several people and manager to fix the issue. Awful experience. Never recommend this branch. Even the manager was rude and I reported him to Chase customer service.

I have chase credit cards and went to the branch to follow up on billing details and do other general banking. It was a very fine experience w helpful, professional staff and a totally safe, pleasant office experience, sensitive to covid protections. I highly recommend this branch!

Went there to open a CD.
Took me almost an hour because adding a beneficiary did not work.
Left there without having the beneficiary added.
You will say that so far, it's not something specific to this bank location and that's true.
But they haven't followed up since, they haven't given me an answer to any of my additional questions either. They don't seem to be very interested in helping with your financial needs.
There was a lot of smiling and promises of getting stuff done when i went there, but in the end, nothing was backed up by actions.

This is the BEST bank I've ever worked with. I've been with Chase for almost a decade. They're always happy, friendly and accommodating. Never had any issues with them. The new blue lighting is gorgeous and I love the new layout of the branch. So glad there is finally a branch close to my home!
