We live in Dubai, but AbuDhabi location had more availability for passeport renewal, so we got an appointment 3 weeks earlier than in Dubai, they were right on time and took care of us with kindness, we got our new passports 10 days after by Aramex, even if they announced 25 days, we couldn’t be happier!

Very disappointing experience applying for a visit visa to attend a family member funeral. Visa was rejected without any reason. Impossible to reach anyone for clarifications on what was not ok with dozens of documents supporting visa application... so disrespectful not even to mention the reason for rejection.

The slowest visitor visa process ever , extremely poor service and no consideration to people’s needs at all. In 2024, more than 6 months to process a visitor visa is unheard of. In my opinion, this is a violation of human rights; it is my right to visit my kids who are studying in Canada and for more than 7 months I couldn’t , simply because the visa is in process and no way to reach to the Consulate except thru the useless webform.

The worst experience I’ve ever come across any visa office. They don’t accept calls and only webforms which they take weeks or even months to respond. Very slow and lazy in processing visas for students

You are an exploitative government that only cares about collecting money by submitting a visit visa ? When I submitted a visit to Canada, it was rejected for reasons that were the executives’ lack of conviction to return and apply for asylum. I thank God for the rejection if you are convinced that a person of Syrian nationality will not return to his country of residence. Why do you accept their files in the first place?

Very slow in processing even visitor visa. No update for webform or notes. Please understand people suffering and act on your final decision much faster. Better to issue paper copy for visitor visa instead stamping in passport, since for stamping in passport IRCC will be taking more than 1 month even after VISA got approved.

Worst Embassy service we submitted passports in the 1st week of November n I had a flight to my hometown on 27 Nov which was booked long ago like in September...
then we rescheduled it on 11th of December n eventually we need to cancel it... they have no consideration of anything n till now I am waiting for my passports.
It's totally unethical to take passports so long.
if they are following any process or anything they must not take the passports simply issue a visa paper like other embassies do.
but noooo they like to see ppl suffer.
