Overall nice apartments and offers are also good. Only concern is area which makes these apartments as least in selection list.
The staff is really friendly and they do not comment for any crimes happen outside the property which makes us think that safety might be concern if you like to do casual walk around the property.

Our experience has been wonderful here. During the month long process of doing paperwork and moving here, as well as the 3 months we've lived here, the office staff as been exceptionally helpful. Especially Rod, he's the greatest! The office throws community gatherings a couple times a month that are really fun! The property is well maintained, and maintenance answers even our small reports quickly. We look forward to spending our time in Dallas here.

Rod in the leasing office has been so helpful and kind! Their team truly does work to make sure every inquiry is heard and you find the apartment fit for your needs and budget within their beautiful complex. I cant wait to move in and couldn't have done it without Rod!

Judson Watkins is a hero for me. This is my first apartment and from the time I first time I entered the property, Judson Watkins was there to show me around. I had a complicated situation and Judson helped to resolve and even improve my concerns. His professionalism and kind demeanor will make you feel completely at home before you even walk in the door. The Marquis on Gaston is always clean and quiet, repairs are completed promptly! Whether it’s your first apartment or your 500th; the Marquis on Gaston is where you will love to be!

I've been living here for over a year and I have nothing but good things to say about this property. Management is responsive and all my needs are attended to quickly. I have never had a bad experience since living here. The location is conveniently smacked downtown where there are different restaurant to choose from and it is very close to the train station. Although all the staff members in the leasing office are warm and friendly, I would like to specifically highlight Rod Jackson. He is simply amazing. He always goes above and beyond for the me and addresses all my concerns promptly. I have developed a deep admiration for him and his work ethic and I cannot thank him enough for having such a positive impact on my stay here.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for almost a year and love it. We both work downtown and ride our bikes to the office. They have resident events every few week and we've gotten to know some wonderful neighbors that way. Judson and Steph are wonderful and always helpful. We plan on re-signing without a doubt.

I’ve lived here for almost two months and absolutely love it. My roommates and I work very closely with Rod and he is absolutely amazing - very accommodating, sweet, fun and timely with everything that he does. He really treats you like family, helping in any way that he possibly can. He attends to all concerns with care and professionalism. I look forward to seeing him every time I head to the leasing office!

My son is a first time renter and they leased him an apartment that was not ready. The master bathroom had a leaking toilet. All base boards are dirty and need to be replaced. They have painted over them several times poorly. There was dirt and trash behind the stove and refrigerator. Very unacceptable for a first time renter. They have came in and attempted to correct the issues but still look nothing like the model unit. When I asked why wasn’t any of this done before now no one can give an answer. When I ask why didn’t Managment do a walk through no one can answer. For such a prime location and as high as the rent is you would think all this stuff would have been handled. He is stuck into the lease of course and have only been here for 7 days. The apartment is livable don’t get me wrong but definitely could have been somewhere else at these prices and they way they poorly maintain their property and units.
