Decent, affordable food. Excellent service. The staff works as a team, so it seems that anytime you want something, someone is right there to get it for you.

Terrible service, you can ask for your drink and food but if your not a regular than done expect that to arrive within an hour, and you can't have anyone in your party with a vertical id

Prepare to be ignored by the bartenders they only seem to give good service to regulars, and good luck getting anyone to help you with pull tabs you'll be waiting for a while

wings were burn and when we complained to the waitress she lost her mind and accused us of eating half when we all tried one (3). they counted them and accused us of eating half of them. (6). when. we showed her the bones he tried one she got a little snappy asked if I knew the name and then my husband said he said we didn’t tip you and I said no technically kind of chaos. Can we chip you where it doesn’t go with her letting you know it seemed odd, and then she decided she was going to cash out the manager the proper way when I told her I said I said I said I’m not paying for the wings are horrible and the other girl asked to remake them and I’m like now they’re horrible and I said I will tell you I said the salad was nothing but a plate of lettuce, but no garlic bread came out with it and it’s just a little bit of all and a couple of little tomatoes on top so I’m not gonna just eat a plate of lettuce and I said and that’s $10 for a plate of lettuce and she’s like yeah that’s what it is and I’m like OK and I didn’t say it wasn’t gonna pay for that. I thought I’ll pay for that but I’m not paying to get back on the clock so she can also charge the green salad as a side salad OK if I give you a cash in your pocket , you’re not sharing she then decided we were done and was cashing us out. we said it would be reflected in the tip and she said she did not expect a tip from us. She was not even the gal helping us - her behavior was not appropriate or appreciated. The large salad is noting but a plate of lettuce. the club sandwich was good. Our waitress was good though.

Love this bar except that the rule of playing music ! I was in here after 8 pm and was told they cant let us play music ! The bar was full of young people that wanted to play music but was told no! This is a major mistake for any bar owner to implement this rule! Beings that you cant here any game with the bar full!. The bartenders were absolutely great! They were the best . But it makes it hard for them to say no!

My husband and I went there last night for the first time and drinks were great and food was amazing. Can't remember the gals name who served us but she was quick and very nice. Will definitely Be going back there again. Environment was very cozy for a bar and I loved it. Very clean and nice atmosphere. 2 pool tables as well. Plenty of seating and the booth was really comfortable which is hard to find at a bar usually.

Our bartenders were awesome super friendly and fun with our group of 7. It's got a good sports bar type vibe and also has some pool tables. There's quite a bit of seating and a really big bar. Tge menu is exactly what youd expect. We did happen to order any food but it did look good (we were meeting more friends for lunch right after) If you find yourself in Birch Bay definitely pop through and have a beer
