Good big store with cheap clothes in düsseldorf

Bought a gift voucher for a friend from the online store and still have not received it even though the money has been taken from my account.

The help service says they cannot find the transaction even after showing them the proof of payment and card details-it’s been a month since I last heard back from the help service with only a confirmation that it has been forwarded to the head-office and would get back to me when feedback is received.

Immediately fell in love with the place . Urban always has extremely friendly and loving employees , the environment there is always calming and inspirational . The store does have wheel chair accessible lifts and unisex changing

despite the fact that their stuff is simply overpriced af, their outfits look very nice and high quality and the store always has a certain standard of aesthetics.

still I'd say, that their prices are way too high, like most designer brands

Very big and fun store. They have the same stuff as in all the other urban outfitters but it’s clean and staff tends to stay out of your way (which I do like). Great experience.

One German staff were pretty rude to us. We were shopping at this store and one of my friends wanted to tell something to my another friend who's in the fitting room. This rude girl shouted at my friend telling that there should be only 1 person in the fitting room. This rude staff didn't have to shout at my friend's face twice! Is this how the shop treats its customers?
