We leave Annabelle on Main with great appreciation for having lived here. Of all the positive experiences, it is the wonderful work of the whole team managing the complex that stands above all. The best we've ever known, beyond any expectation.

My husband, Robert Tatum and I have had a wonderful experience at Annabelle on Main.
We’ve lived here a year and have meet gracious people worthy of calling here home.

The staff are all kind, supportive and go the extra mile. The Property Manager, Sheila is receptive to our feedback and does a great job in offering many activities for everyone to enjoy. It’s a great place to live.
If we have a question or suggestion, it is welcomed and we see the adjustments made in a timely matter. We see all the staff as family. We are thankful for Melissa and her diligence to give time to answer any question and make sure you understand your
lease. Cody is a calm presence here. He is a great listener and has impeccable manners.
Sandy is a great addition to the team. She has a lively personality and is committed to making sure everyone is healthy and happy.
Raul, Eli and Nubi ensures that everything is runs as smoothly as possible.
Even when things are not operable for a few days, we are always notified by email. We all know things go wrong; that’s a part of life.
What I am most grateful for here at Annabelle is the attitudes of the staff. They are a cut above the rest!

Shelia is an awesome manager. She works hard to keep everyone informed and happy where they are living. The office staff at ANNABELLE ON MAIN, give there best to the residents individually.

I have lived here for 2 years now. The entire office staff is so willing to please the residents. It makes me feel spoiled! They know everyone by name which makes it feel like a family and not a business!!

I have found the staff to be very helpful whenever I ask a few questions. They also take the time needed to explain anything I have a problem with. I appreciate that. I am pleased with this staff.

This property has drastically gone down since moving here. The parking is horrendous as there is little to no parking for residents unless you pay for reserved parking, which does not guarantee your paid for space will not be taken by others. Management has no way of protecting what you pay for (parking spaces) as there are no penalties in place for violators. The gate is constantly broken allowing anyone from off the streets to just drive in and have access to the residents. Management is horrible!!! They do nothing to remedy these problems! For this to be a 55+ community, it feels like conventional living as weed smoke is now permeating in the hallways. If you love your safety and the safety of your loved ones, DO NOT move here or put them here. Save your money and look elsewhere!!!

UPDATE:

As of January 10, 2024, a resident’s vehicle was vandalized overnight. Law enforcement is here now collecting evidence. Again, if you value your safety and the safety of your loved ones, DO NOT move here! Point proven!

Love living here at Annabelle on Main. The staff, Cidy, Melissa, Sheila are great. Maintenance is timely. Highly recommend it.

Happy New Year and a BIG Thanks to our Annabelle on Main staff! Greatly appreciate the team's attention to detail in service, overall cleanliness of our community and grounds. I appreciate the team's friendly engagement each time I stop by the office whether for a business need or just to say hello. I'm pleased to still call Annabelle on Main my home.
