The Champagne Bar

We walked into the bar, was going to order drinks and possibly dinner, but bartender was too busy talking to other staff to recognize us even sitting there and when brought it to her attention that we were there she still ignored us. She lost out on a big tip!!! Very rude to us!!!

Amazing experience do yourself a favour and just spoil yourself for a drink or two.

I had read some negative reviews before going but I have to say, upon being greeted at The Champagne Bar, any concerns were quickly dispelled.
My 2yr old daughter and I were made to feel so welcome, and were seated within 10 minutes. Service was attentive and the wagyu sliders and my kir royale were delicious. I would love to come again when back in New York! Thank you for making our evening!

The Plaza Champagne Bar is a go-to whenever I have friends and family visiting here in NYC. Shaun, the bartender, is extremely friendly and always makes for an extra special experience. Whether he is at the Champagne Bar or Palm Court Bar, we are sure to find a seat! So grateful for this iconic NYC spot with top-notch staff like Shaun!

Service was truly spectacular! The food..Amazing. I don't know what type of ice cream they use but MAN..it was GOOD! No lie you will spend a pretty penny eating and drinking but it's definitely worth it! ( I recommend the wagyu burger)

What a stunning venue to grab a drink! We literally loved coming here and although it was originally to live out our "Home Alone 2" dream, I'm so glad that we had drinks at The Champagne Bar.

The bartender, whose name I can't remember off the top of my head, was amazing and told us lots of stories about the hotel and all the people who had visited in the past. He was really kind and friendly and had been working there about 25+ years! He also gave us postcards that could then be mailed off to our family - it was such a cute idea and our family members loved it.

We loved coming here for a calm and quiet drink and would definitely recommend a visit!

My sister and I decided to come to NY for my birthday and NY Eve and we loved this place! Everything was amazing! The ambiance, the staff, the food and the champagne cocktails! I loved the beautiful Christmas decorations throughout the place and especially in the main lobby!

This is the only place in The Plaza hotel that was always clean and ready, the service was professional, fast, friendly and respectful. Food perfectly served and tasty. We went here for breakfast. More on @larmarluxury
