Reserved a room for a friend’s birthday and Su did not disappoint! After 9pm the room was $20/pp., it was exceptionally clean and spacious with ambient lighting (disco all and dimmed lights) with wireless microphones with disposable covers. The staff was attentive in bringing drinks and chasers, all alcohol was on par with club/lounge pricing~ goose $179, jameson $139. The food selection was however very underwhelming with only options for sausages or steam dumplings and cheese sticks. Opt for a dinner prior to coming here!

I’d definitely recommend booking a room at Su for your karaoke norrebang fix!

Went here for a friend’s birthday and it was a lot of fun! Recommend making a reservation at least a couple days in advance since it was pretty busy (Saturday night). The only issue is that the karaoke system is a little out of date. Using the book or the search function on the machine is a bit tedious. I think the solution to this is uploading the list of songs and ID codes online with a search function. Maybe accessible through QR code? That way, multiple people can search for songs at once.

Had lots of fun here, price package was fair too. We wanted to do 1 hour but then the initial reservation was for 2 hrs. Unfortunately, the staff weren't too happy about this and as a result did not let us pay for only 1 hour and made us pay for 2. Aside from that the booths themselves were very spacious and had plenty of seating. The navigation system for the music selection was slightly difficult to utilize but by the end we got the hang of it!

We found the song selection to be limiting.
The room was a nice size for 6 people but the benches were pretty uncomfortable. We booked the medium room for 2 hours but when we arrived we were asked if we wanted the room for an hour or two and with second thought we asked for the room for an hour and we were declined. We just thought it was odd we were asked if it was never an option. Keep in mind there’s a minimum spend of $20 per person on drinks on top of the room fee.

We booked a room on a Monday night so it was very easy to get a reservation. Prices are reasonable at this karaoke bar and the rooms, TVs and equipment are all very new and clean. Unfortunately, the controls were all in Korean and even though there was an English menu it was hard to navigate so we had to ask the bartender to help us out. Prices are reasonable but not as cheap as one of the other popular karaoke bars in the area. However, I do recommend this spot if the other location is booked full. They seem to have most of the english popular song choices. Keep in mind that this karaoke bar is upstairs and not accessible.

There’s airconditioning in the rooms 🙌🏽

My party of 7 had one of the smaller rooms but there was enough room if we wanted to stand/dance and sing. The place feels clean and modern.

The staff is nice and it was really easy to reserve a room with them (texted and sent a deposit).

Lots of songs to select from - would definitely come back here!

I didn't like the place. The only thing I appreciated was the servers. The setup is small rooms (it got hot and steamy) with two microphones, and a console and large display, all in Korean with a translating chart. I am a boomer, and couldn't find any songs I would have liked to sing (Dylan, etc.). They sell alcoholic drinks, sodas and some snacks. I had fun because I was with friends, but it was in spite of the place, not thanks to it.
