Staff have been extremely friendly from valet to front desk. Rooms are clean and well stocked. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice luxury getaway!
Went to the lobby for a late night drink with a group of friends to chat. It was lovely. I wished the fireplace wasn't blaring when it was 28 outside 😅 but we moved to another seating area. You have to get the cosmo there!
This hotel is nice and full of luxury with nice people and rooms. This place will make your day everyday with all of the energy from everywhere. The rooms are nice and have very good showers. The bathroom have a TV in it and it sounds good. The food and drink menu are very good with quality taste. Every night there is entertainment in the lobby with a relax vibe. I like it and will return in the future for sure.
My partner and I had booked a reservation at the spa to celebrate our anniversary, and we were looking forward to enjoying the amenities, especially the pool access, as advertised on the website.
However, our excitement quickly turned into frustration when we were informed at the last minute that the pool was out of order during our stay. This information was relayed to us just the day before our arrival, leaving us with little time to make alternative arrangements.
To make matters worse, your staff advised us to use a neighboring pool at another hotel, which turned out to be a subpar facility that smelled like smoke. Needless to say, this experience significantly impacted our anniversary celebration and left us feeling disheartened.
Additionally, we were quite surprised by the management's response when we brought up our concerns during our stay. Instead of offering a more satisfactory solution, we were simply told to call the hotel for access in the future if we happen to be in town. Unfortunately, this does not address the inconvenience we faced during our current stay, nor does it offer any compensation for the amenities we were promised but couldn't utilize.
I must highlight that I paid $750 for our two messages, expecting the amenities and services that were advertised. Unfortunately, we only received two massages and were denied access to the pool, which was a significant part of the reason we chose your hotel for our special occasion.
I find it disheartening that a reputable hotel like yours would not take its guests' experiences more seriously. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver on promised amenities has left me with a negative impression of this hotel . I can assure you that I will not be recommending your establishment to anyone, and I am seriously reconsidering staying at any of your properties in the future.
I strongly believe that customer satisfaction is paramount in the hospitality industry, and I sincerely hope you take this feedback into account to improve your services. A gesture of goodwill to acknowledge the inconvenience we faced during our stay would go a long way in restoring our faith in your brand.

Hotel was one of the nicest. Best part of the trip was our walk to nearby Red Rock Cannabis on 6 Church St. Staff was helpful navigating the Canadian market and we got hooked up with some absolute fire! Go check them out!
Great service, location and room. I’d definitely go back and recommend it. I think this was the best experience I had in a hotel so far. I used my miles to book it and it was a reasonable price, totally worth it.
Amazing hotel, in the top 3 of my go to Toronto luxury properties. Staff is amazing, very friendly and always will go the extra mile. Rooms are well decorated, subtle luxury with high tech controls. Food options were fresh and delicious, both in room dining, in restaurant and lobby bar. Pool, gym and spa floor is a must visit offering both an intense workout or just relaxing at the pool or spa.
