Essen ist normalerweise gut, aber mit Lieferungen ist es ein Graus. Da wird Lieferzeit eine Stunde angegeben und nach der Stunde wird einfach nochmal eine Stunde verlängert. Der Fahrer fährt x Leute mit der Fahrrad ab, kein Wunder, dass das Essen kalt angekommen ist. Schade, dass man mit einem schlechten Service, ein eigentlich gutes Essen zu nichte macht, kalt schmeckt es halt doch nicht...

Verstehen kaum Deutsch, Bestellung sollte 30-60 min dauern. Jetzt sind 2 Stunden rum. Der Fahrer ist angeblich seit 1 Stunde unterwegs. Sollte das Essen irgendwann kommen, kann es nicht mehr warm sein! NIE WIEDER !!!

Bestellt mit 45-60 Min Lieferzeit, Essen erst 2h+ später eingetroffen trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen. Essen war lecker, jedoch fehlte Reis für ein Gericht und es war lauwarm. Service/Lieferzeit völlige Katastrophe (leider nicht das erste Mal).

Ordered via Lieferando with additional delivery charge on a Sunday and ended up waiting for 2 hours for the delivery. Needless to say the food was not warm. Got an explanation from the delivery person that longer waiting times are quite usual on Sundays and that its better to order directly rather than through Lieferando.. never ordering again!

The quality of the services and products has decreased for the following reasons:
1. For more than 5 months there have been "issues" in fixing the POS used to pay by card. So make sure that you have cash if you want to go here.
2. Unpolitness is also an element and whenever you have to receive what is left of the money you pay for the food, it is instantly assumed that you will leave it as "spare change" and not get it back.
3. Last time I went here, I found a trace of aluminum sponge in my food, but I felt bad at the moment to mention it.
