A very bad experience that will never be repeated. At least prevent your employees from verbally assaulting customers, especially the employee responsible for selling nuts. He is too impolite to serve customers. Everyone refused to give an email or phone number to file a complaint, especially the manager.

The guy managing the parking is very rude and unprofessional. I'm a regular customer here until I met this guy. The customer only have 30 mins. free parking which very short. I'm only 20 minutes in the parking but the parking guy already approached me, he said I already exceeded 30 mins parking and asking me to pay. I don't like the way he talked and looked at me. Where is the courtesy in that.

Saw one of your staff at the fish section brushing off the chopping board on the floor using a floor brush. Didn't managed to capture a picture of this as he stopped the work when he saw me looking at him. Please have some standards in running the business and educate all your staff properly as this is all about health and hygiene. If this matter goes to the health authority, I'm sure all of you will regret it.

I would like to talk the concern authority of this supermarket, I bought flour but later found it had insects , went to talk to the cocern person the supervisor is such useless person, I will walk few metres away to another supermarket then to go here again just because of this supervisor attitude he was Evening shift on 18th Dec , Didn't get his name.

I usually shop atleast 3k -5k groceries everyone month here but if possible I will never want to go here again,

we had a very bad experience in this supermarket just today. every night after my duty i’ve always there to buy groceries. my husband brought my bag (normal side of bag) while where selecting our groceries suddenly the security guard ask him to go out and we ask WHY? its just because he brought my bag and said it’s not allowed him to carry my bag. there no law that man not allowed to carry his wife’s bag.

I had a very unpleasant experience at your store on the 2nd floor in the Carpet section or kids toys last night.
The staff member in charge was extremely rude and displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service training.

My toddler and I were exploring potential purchases, particularly a bicycle. However, before reaching that section, we briefly stopped at the carpet area to let my son play for a moment. I politely asked the staff member if it was okay for my son to enjoy the area for a brief minute since he was interested. Instead of a reasonable response, the staff member raised his voice in a rude manner, insisting that we were not allowed in that area. This harsh reaction not only upset my son cried and left me feeling angry and unwelcome.

It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially when we were considering making a purchase. The staff member's disrespectful attitude made us decide to leave the store without buying anything. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any business, and incidents like these can result in the loss of sales and loyal customers.

I hope the management takes note of this incident and addresses the need for better customer service training among the staff to ensure a more positive shopping experience for all customers.

This place has the worst customer service ever! I mean the worst. The first time cashier gave me the wrong change, came back in and asked for my other change. The treatment I got was like I was a thief, until they checked their cameras and realised I was right.
Today, I got the worst treatment from the guy weighing vegetables. My goodness. Are we bringing a different kind of business that you don't need!? It's the closest to my house but I am thinking of walking the long distance. Terrible service.
