I didn't go in but it's definitely worth walking around and going to the garden. It gets busy pretty quickly so if you're looking for uninterrupted photos go as early as you can to avoid the crowds. Great spot to just grab a bench enjoy the views and walk around.
We managed 3 hours there and the various artefacts have plenty of information in English. The treasury is a disappointment and I wouldn’t just buy a ticket for this.
The layout of the museum is very confusing and has an apparently random layout with no signage indicating which direction to travel in.

The most impressive tourist site of Bratislava on a hill over Danube... Worth visiting the museum, the site around the castle and the nice baroque Gardens... If the weather is nice it's one of the nicest walks in the city...
Perfect place for sightseeing all over the Danube river.
Families with kids will love it.
It is within a walkable distance from the city centre.

One of the best places to visit in Bratislava the castle is maintained very well we can see a well inside the compound they have a beautiful garden inside and must Visit. We can see the ufo tower from the top. From the top we will get beautiful views
We enjoyed the views from the outside and walking around the exterior of the Castle but the inside is very odd. It's not expensive but, there isn't much to see, it's all spread out inside so there's lots of walking and stairs and the architecture isn't very interesting. For some it might appeal but, we weren't very impressed.
Beautifully restored castle. There's tours here and great informational rooms here. Price is decent too. Best to book in advance so you don't get caught up in queues. Very scenic from the front of the castle looking at the Danube River. Would recommend as a must see attraction when visiting Bratislava!!
