It definitely looks super modern! My friend and I went there during a sunny day and we didn't think of going up but then, we were like, sure why not. There's a small entrance fee to get on the elevator. There's a cafe on top, which we didn't try, but it looks cozy. The view is also stunning.
View from the top can be improved. There is too much reflection from the glass.

The ticket cost 10 lari. There is a cafe with fresh lemonades
The views during night time is distorted due to the reflection of lights within the restaurant located at the top leaving you with an unpleasant experience. Although there’s no timing restrictions, I feel it is not worth the ticket that costs 20GEL
This gigantic double helix is a tribute to the Georgian alphabet and a real eye-catcher on the Seafront Promenade. The 130 meter high tower from 2011 symbolizes the uniqueness of the Georgian alphabet and people.
