Poor customer service, on 13/12/23, 6:46pm (per my receipt) at their Nyaho branch. The gentleman at the counter was on the phone, while serving a few of us in the store. Due to lack of concentration , he was slow in his service.
During my turn to pay for a few drinks I wanted to purchase, I alerted him he needs to be off his phone and concentrate on us, as customers. He totally ignored. It took a collegue of his, to say sir we are sorry. But the gentleman at the counter, ignored me, offered no explanation or apology.
I will certainly not be shopping from this store, neither will I recommend this place. Basic work ethics should not be employed.
(Regardless of who he was on the phone to, he could have excused himself from the till and ask a colleague to take over till he finishes his phone call).
