Changed location but worse now Semi Truck drivers have to wait in the street to geta dock while bobtail drivers just pull in , you can be there for hours neither guard or people in the office keep track of driver that is next to get a dock good luck with that, also you have employees just standing around while theres 4 drivers in the cage employees just look at your paperwork and walk away . Girls in the front desk are rude except for two of them . Manager is rude and ignores you if you try and ask him a question or have a conplain . stpd asx ppl

Terrible place to ask for a 53 foot trailer docking wasn’t to hard but getting in and out was terrible plus the construction on that little street didn’t help but a fellow driver did and for that I’m grateful and give a 2 star if not would of been a negative experience for sure help a trucker out 1 time
Truck drivers don’t come here for pickup or delivery to tight, very rude Costomer service

We're guaranteed our bags by 8 pm driver called and stated he would be here after midnight. When asked if he could deliver out bags first and work backwards he stated that's wasn't going to happen because he has to pay for his own gas and if I didn't like that then I could wait till tomorrow and have another driver deliver the bags. I called the office to discuss it with a manager and was met with the same rude customer service This company has no business handling deliveries for anyone.
Extremely rude, horrific customer service, couldn't deliver bag by guaranteed 8pm and driver said he pays for his own gas so we can get tour bags after midnight or just get another driver tomorrow (been waiting for bags 60 hours)
