We had stayed in California all week, seeing old friends and family for the 1st time in years. I’m normally on top of checking in the day before our flights. When I booked the flight back to the east coast, east coast time was displayed, so I thought we were leaving LA at 12:30 am, when in reality it was 9:30pm, 3hr difference. We arrived 2 1/2 hrs early to check in, when in reality we were 1/2hr past take off. We panicked, but Jet Blue didn’t think twice about getting us on the next flight out at no cost back to the east coast. Thank you sincerely Jet Blue.

Very uncomfortable experience. The check and help desk staff were very disdainful even though I paid for a premium ticket and completely understood baggage overage of $150. With so many option to fly this was my last straw after flying with JetBlue for years.
One of my favorite airlines🤙🤙🤙😎
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 much better than Spirit, where they cram you in like sardines, with no leg room and their seats are dreadfully awful, because they don't even "RECLINE ' so after a long flight, you arrive at your destination with an awfully painful backache and I'm only 5'9". 😟
Imagine someone who is 6'5", like my baby cousin, he perhaps, would be paralyzed for a few days.

Spirit, which Jet Blue purchased, absolutely sucks big time or flight time 😜

Decided to try JetBlue for the first time this year since I saw they were having some flight specials, even got convinced and decided to get their credit card. Have been really disappointed with them so far. Very hard to talk to a customer service rep after clicking on a few different links, I finally got a hold of one over chat and she was not very helpful. Shortly after I tried asking to speak to a manager or supervisor someone who happens to know a bit more about my issue , just to get transferred over to a escalation team member. Apparently they don’t have managers or supervisors who speak to guest… Asked for some assistance with them just for them not to be able to help me at the end of my chat. I asked for a couple different things and just to be told different stuff then the first team member. Really sucks when a large company doesn’t have quality customer support or care about the guest… After these flights I will definitely not be flighting with them again…

On our way to Buffalo as I’m writing this. They seated a family of 3 separately, the third being a two year old. According to “policy” as long as children under 13 are accompanied by 1 parent, everything is fine. The kid has just turned 2, and he’s already throwing a hissy fit. The trick is to have you buy tickets at a relatively cheaper price, and then force your hand into paying for seats. So, no, they’re not just notorious for flight delays, but also petty schticks to squeeze you out of every single dollar they can.

Very great airline to go for. However, there are a few setbacks to this airline.

1. Often times, they delay flights by half an hour, completely normal.
2. This place is unsanitary, smells a lot like sweat.
3. Not much store choices, but some are good enough for food, drinks, souvenirs, etc.

The planes itself, are better than Southwest because of the TV screen on the back of the chairs, there's a charging port under the seat, and free wifi.

There is a major downside to the WiFi. iPhone users can connect to it, but cannot use it for full use such as social media/streaming/etc.
Sending SMS actually works
Android users have that advantage because they get redirected to the site used to connect to the WiFi.

Seats are somewhat comfortable, but not comfortable for sleeping.
They have a variety of drinks to choose from, there are some snacks choices.

Dogs are allowed but don't let them roam around the walkway, you don't get a warning, just they had to bring the dog back to the owner.

The legroom is really nice, you can easily stretch out your legs and relax.

4 stars is rather a fair rating, I do recommend choosing this airline if you're looking for a cheap ticket, with really nice economy seats, being able to watch free movies/TV shows, and using free wifi provided by the plane.

They helped us with a wheelchair for my wife. Also, helped us with checking in. The plane was wonderful. There were guide rails set into the upper baggage compartments. The leg room was extra length. I thought I paid extra for it, but the flight attendant said the orange seats were the ones that had the extra leg room. The seats were very comfortable and didn't hurt the legs at the end part of the seat. We did have a problem with built in entertainment screen. The flight had free wifi and snacks throughout the flight. You do pay for everything else, pillows, blankets headsets and food. The turkey sandwich for $13 was wonderful with lots of turkey and a good size for my wife and me to share. Overall, I was very impressed by JetBlue!
