Food is good here but I’ve had my food come cold and have had sides missing consistently.
NO bueno I ordered 3 identical pieces and they did NOT give me what I asked for. In addition, the Macaroni with cheese did not work, the mashed potatoes did not taste good, it was reheated, I do NOT recommend coming to this place
Food was ok. The Chicken in my tacos was dry. Customer service was not good. The lady was not friendly. I asked for an extra dressing and she told me "I won't be able to charge you for an extra dressing because there are people in the line behind you." I find that hard to believe. I believe her name tag said "Melanee" but the receipt said her name was "Andria L." Won't be coming back here.
I ordered a double chicken tostada salad and the chicken looked and taste like canned shredded chicken. I mean just horrible. Do not go to this branch. Its the newest in San Pedro and they still havent caught on to the way el pollo loco chicken should taste and look. This will be my absolute last time wasting money there. They should've kept Burger King there
This is the 2nd time I come to this restaurant and the chicken has been dry. It seems like they leave it on the grill till it gets ordered. I feel like they don’t have good timing in grilling chicken. It taste old and leathery. I don’t think I’ll ever come here again. Sorry.
El Pollo Loco is a great place for good quality Mexican family meal. My family visits El Pollo Loco 1 every 2 weeks on sundays to give our mom a break from making dinner. The food is good along with the atmosphere and can be made better with friends or family.
Ok another review update the rice in this Pollo Loco is the worst it's all Burnt watch out for your teeth!
