Medicine Man

Store location is dope. Online process SUCKS. Green solution website much easier/user friendly. It’s a hassle to order online, with medicine man, but not their sister site.

Despite being in a seedy neighborhood (and let's be honest... most dispensaries are) I love this place. Everyone was super helpful. I would go back to this location just based on the amazing staff alone.

Been a loyal fan to the Aurora store and Denver for the last 4 years and after going to Denver recently..just a bad experience with the team present including one of the managers I believe.

They sold me the wrong product and said would not help me after even though I never left the store and told them immediately it was the wrong product. After a little back and forth as I don't want to walk out on something I didn't want..the manager (I believe) reimburse my money. Well after a good bit of time..they lied, stole my money, and I never got my money. I guess I donated my money to Medicine Man and just frustrating. Beyond bad and just sad that they will get away with this and God only knows how many times they do this to people!

PLENTY of places to go in Denver, Aurora area..I would save your time and go to a different place. Just so unprofessional to go through the notion of reimbursing someone's money and actually not do it. Just incredible and done with this place!!!

Had great customer service, great insight on the products. However, once there was a discrepancy on the bill (double charged) the tone of everyone in the store changed. Very hostile, including the manager, who was the rudest of all. Simply tried to get the extra charge voided or an item of the same value that was charged. Every employee and the manager hounded me over how "long" it would take to get put back on the card, then once I gave in and asked for just another product at the same price, we got an excuse that nothing was available at the same price and basically told us if we didn't get the exact same thing we ALREADY purchased then there was nothing they could do. Manager then proceeded to harass and basically force us out.

Usually come here often, but after that interaction, I'm probably just going to go to another dispensary all together.

Ryan C was super friendly and knowledgeable! I wanted a new disposable vape but was sick of getting expensive ones that would clog immediately and be super hard to get going again. He got me set up with a nice brand and held great conversation the whole time! Super glad I stopped in!

Jazlyn is extremely kind and helpful. She was very sweet and ensured the purchasing process was super fast and easy. She was great and the crew makes shopping there an easy and pleasurable experience

Came in late after a long stressful day at work and couldn’t decide on what I needed but Robb/Robert really made my day!! He took his time discussing the different strains and made sure I didn’t feel rushed. I appreciate your help Robb! Best service I’ve had in awhile.
