Holiday Inn Singapore Little India

It’s a great hotel, I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during my stay in Singapore. Excellent location next to the MRT station. Breakfast was fine too! Swimming pool was great too!
Ms Priya at the reception was great, and very helpful as well as other staffs at this hotel. I do ‘t remember the name of staff at check-in but she was very friendly too!

For the price, it's a great hotel and has all the amenities you'd need for a short to medium length stay. Rooms are reasonably sized for Singapore, pool is great and the gym while small, is functional. I particularly like the fact that they have a washing machine and dryer for a fee.
The area is close enough to all the action and there isn't a shortage of places to eat around. Farrer Park MRT is just downstairs which takes you into Chinatown in just a few stops.
I've stayed here a few times and would definitely come back.

Daryl of Front Desk was very helpful during check in. He was both pleasant and warm.

Daniel, the housekeeping assigned at the 10/F was also kind.

Sharizan, bellman, is helpful as always.

And the lady duty manager, I think her name is Janet, is not only fun but also assisted us quite well.

Hotel is located in a prime locality with many Indian restaurants near by. That’s the only good part.

We booked 3 standard rooms and when we went to check in, we were told regular rooms aren’t available and will be offered loft rooms. We had elderly people travelling with us and going up/down of those stairs in the loft rooms is adventurous and risky. After a lot of discussion, they gave us rooms in 3 different floors. One of them being an accessible room with no view. After an argument with the front desk and expressing my disappointment, they suddenly provided another room giving a lame excuse of room suddenly popping up and available. Staff at the Front desk are totally arrogant and no consideration for people travelling with kids and elderly. I have seen people with kids waiting for hours to checkin into the hotel. The quality of service is definitely poor.

Also, rooms are too tiny and smallest I have seen in a star hotel. Buffet breakfast has decent spread but felt unhygienic giving they don’t clean the tables once used. They just clear the plates.

Overall, our experience with the hotel is sub standard given the star hotel price we paid and won’t recommend to people looking for a decent service.

Love the hotel : rooms serviced regularly and fresh towels. Rooms have all the amenities you need . Bed was big and comfortable.
The coffee at soul brew at lobby was good with oat milk option. Peta the nice lady at the coffee shop was friendly with a lovely smile. The staff here were generally helpful and friendly. Great stay here.

I just had a dinner together with my friends at this outlet of Holiday Inns for Thai food few days ago as many people recommended so. The food is pretty nice and authentic. And I would like to take this chance and specially shoutout to Lyn as well. She is very friendly and she had suggested us few nice dishes that suited our taste well. In overall, the service that she provided makes us feel great on that night.
