The room was decent, but the customer service really good and 5 star, the staff were friendly and very welcoming, and big thumbs up for the supervisor who helps me on missing key card. I would love to repeat again for The Sultan.

They have upgraded our room to Puteri Room. We were also given complimentary drinks & desert. We asked for late checkout and were amazed that we got quite a late checkout at 4pm.

So far the only downside I could say about the room is the lack of soundproof from external surrounding. Typical for shophouses. There is morning early 3am sound of rooster cuckoo and slight vehicle movements.
Other than that, it was good all around. Location is near arab street so for food, especially halal option is available to hunt.

Stayed at The Sultan – disappointed to find the rooms not up to par. Despite the historical charm, the accommodations were underwhelming, lacking the expected comfort and style. If you're looking for a cozy stay, might want to explore other options in the area. Location was near a metro though and near halal food.
Headboard dirty, sink and shower kept clogging up too. The staff made up for it though, they were nice and even fed the cats near by which was nice of them.

A fabulous hotel with a unique history, albeit it has been rebuilt twice. A star attraction when visiting Singapore if not to just enjoy a Singapore Sling, which it must be said, is probably not quite like the original served decades ago. But that's the changing world for you. Raffles is a hotel that displays Colonial style & elegance at its best, but with the rapidly changing world of hotels it's lost its edge a bit. There are better, more interesting and certainly more stylish options in Singapore now, namely The Fullerton and the Mandarin Oriental being just two examples.
We arrived at Raffles Hotel to stay for 1 night only as a special treat for my wife’s birthday. The hotel is fabulous & lives up to its international reputation, everything is about the place is first class & nothing is too much bother for the staff.

Even if you don't stay here it is worth a visit and a.stroll through. beautiful buildings with lovely staff who were so helpful. Long Bar is a must go to for their Singapore Sling, where the drink was invented!

A fairly large party of us went for Christmas tea in the lobby followed by happy hour drinks at the long bar. The service for the high tea was wonderful! The staff were attentive and very helpful. Unfortunately it ended there. The wait staff at the long bar were rude and a little aggressive. One member of our party wished to change her cocktail and it appeared to be very much a problem from the waiters. They were argumentative and very customer unfriendly. Can't say we will be rushing back. But thankfully we were still able to have a great time.
On our bucket list to visit and experience the Long Room. It would be better called the long queue. I was surprised how shabby the hotel was for a 5 star. We then tried to get a coffee in the garden and were met by an unhelpful staff member who told us there were no tables because they had a large booking. Then we tried the coffee shop and
were asked to wait for a table to get cleaned. Fifteen minutes later, the waiter came back and complained that my wife's wheelchair was blocking the way when it was him that asked us to wait there. He had taken all that time and had not sorted a table. The place was not even busy!!!!! Never 5 star service. A place living on its reputation. A very big disappointment.

A reasonable budget hotel for short stays, however I think it would be uncomfortable for longer.

Another problem I had was that cleanliness was not great, saw several stains on pillows, towels, bedsheets, and so forth, and sink and toilet was not too clean either.

Located in Sultan road which is between Lavender and Bugis MRT stations. We really enjoyed our stay here in terms of location, staff helpfulness and the amenities. You get free soft drinks and snacks in the minibar and cleanliness is top notch.
Beautiful atmosphere and service great, but unfortunately for SGD$104, I was hoping for more quality in the food. Sandwiches are not bad, but there are too many sweet and extremely rich desserts on the tier. I was hoping for some hot savouries to be included. Scones jam and clotted cream nice but not the best scones I've tried. A little stale. The single savoury scone that was presented had no butter on offer, which, again, was expecting more. Overall, this experience was on my bucket list, and I can now say I've done it. There is no need to try again. Plenty of other places offer better value and better choices. Oh, and don't try and enter grand foyer prior to tea time, your certainly not welcome. The doorman is a stickler for early arrivals and will send you away.
A must for tourists. You can't book the long bar so be prepared to queue. Nice relaxed atmosphere inside. All cocktails superb. Try the Singapore Sling if you wish but all cocktails brilliantly mixed. If you have a nut allergy beware. All tables given a bag of peanuts and shells traditionally thrown on the floor.
Highly recommend this hotel if you’re traveling by yourself, a tiny room but give you anything you need, with clean rooms. Super comfy during my trip.

It is a sight to behold!! A massive ship balanced on top off a three legged hotel???? Went up to the observation deck, realised there was nothing under me + came back down!!! My wife + friends said the view was fantastic 😢.
Great Iconic Building. Went for a Buffet and the spread was amazing. From Japanese Sushi to Danish Blue cheese, From Squids with Wasabi to Smoked Salmon, From Lamb roast to Crispy pork.

I’m a sucker for heritage buildings so when I saw this boutique hotel for a decent price I decided to give it a try. I was a little surprised at how small my room was at first considering I’d thought I booked a slightly larger one. I couldn’t say for sure if my room was indeed 17m2 but I decided it was good enough considering I was traveling solo.
The location is in the vibrant Arab quarter just ten minutes walk from Bugis MRT, an excellent central location. Marina Bay is just a couple of kilometers away.
The room itself was adequately clean but was a little worn with some scuff marks on the walls and minor staining on the sheets. The free mini bar and coffee capsules were nice. The air conditioning was excellent. The shower pressure was strong but the water can get extremely hot so be careful when adjusting it not to get burned!
I would also caution people that the hotel is an old building so it can get quite noisy with street noise - particularly if you get a ground floor room like me. The mosque also plays the call to prayer quite loudly so that will be disturbing for some. I’m an early riser so if you’re like me it shouldn’t bother you.

Marina Bay Sands is the favorite go-to venue of Singaporeans for professional and business related events and even personal celebrations. It's elegance and beauty are timeless. Plus the quality of food is consistently delightful and enjoyable experience. We usually visit this famous spot aside from conventions and expo, it's also surrounded by Singapore's famous landmarks and tourist spots that no one can ever miss or skip whenever they visit Singapore.
Room was quite nice but the facility itself felt very convention-hall like. Like an older, semi-run-down grand hotel that was probably super nice a decade or two ago.
The rooftop pool was kinda cool, but not really worth the cost in our opinion.

Located close to the main shops area but quite dark and scary at night. The main « reception » area is hot and their app is horrendous to use - arriving there at night/in the evening is not recommended unless you’re super comfortable with the area. Rooms are very tiny but beds are very comfortable.
Wonderful place went there with my wife and enjoyed the Wings of winds show too. . The beach is not like the one in India with big waves. Nice we went there and enjoyed
A Birthday Celebration for my husband and an Engagement Party for my daughter and son-in-law. Our Afternoon Tea at the Raffles was superb. Such elegance, with all the trimmings of yesteryear but with a vibrant twist of current trendy staff. The tea was exceptional the atmosphere amazing, the harpist played current music. I stayed here once when the Raffles turned 100. It never disappoints. Refinement, curtesy and attention to detail. Wow…It blew the kids away. Thank you all for such a wonderful day.

The so-so: The Sultan does the basics well but travelers should be aware that the site is historic and expectations should be realigned. Power outlets can be difficult to reach, the windows are not double paned (sounds get through v.easily), and the open-air complex provides only marginal shelter from the rain.

Stayed in newly renovated Hotel Ora. Scan the QR Code(take note of the validity dates) at the check-in counter that will enable free car entry scanning at Sentosa Auto Pass gantry. This QR Code also allows you to take free monorail train rides.

Overall a great stay + great service, which I assume by now I assume is standard across the Heritage Collection locations. Price we paid was reasonable for Singapore, and considering the location and our needs for this trip, this was just right.
Our room had everything you need for a few days stay - a mini fridge, a microwave, plates and utensils. The photos are reflective of what you would get, and it does have all necessities if you don't have wild expectations about the room size. There is even a washing machine outside the room that can be useful for longer stays.
The only complaint I have about the room is the ventilation in the bedroom area up the stairs, as our Loft room was right under the roof, and the heat does get inside especially in peak afternoon. The AC is located and leveled closer to the living area, so the cold air doesn't directly reach the bedroom area upstairs. I could tell they tried to be thoughtful about this issue by adding a wall fan, which helps, but it does feel warm regardless. At night, the temps are better and this is less of an issue.
Service was great, and the lack of a physical concierge was never a problem. In some way, this kind of service even feels more personalized as you can chat with the staff on Whatsapp anytime.

We had a 1 day trip only without staying at the resort. It was just perfect !! Incredible in every aspect. We went there by a train it was a little bit confusing which station is the right one for a specific activities but there’s an information desk who helped us with that.
So sad I first stayed at Raffles in 1984. Tried to have breakfast there as couldn't justify $1800/night and turned away.

The best full-service hotel! An extraordinary experience! The rooms are incredibly clean and equipped with numerous amenities. The housekeeping services are exceptional, with great attention to detail to provide services beyond just a 5-star rating👍

One word for this place, “Class”. Amazing surroundings, very peaceful considering it’s location and stunning views of the grounds and halls within. Managed to tick off the compulsory “Singapore Sling” at the long bar which wasn’t very long a wait (10 mins). Great experience and will return again to sample the afternoon tea.
It feels like going into another world bc they provide everything to entertain you. Nice atmosphere. The only thing that can minus the score is it's extremely hot.
The room was warm and tidy. All the amenities could be found as stated. Actually, the room was bigger than what I thought. I brought along two small luggages and one backpack, still enough space for me to use in room. There were small hiccups in using the Heritage Collection app and cleaning of the bathroom, but the digital concierge team were super, super responsive and helpful, so still a nice and smooth staying experience. A big shout out to the team, Ed, Alicia and Jarwin. Thanks a lot for their help throughout my stay. I would very much love to stay in this hotel again when I come to Singapore next time.
Hotel Boss and Hotel V Lavender both seems to be same group of hotels. Rooms, service, food all seems to be similar with both Hotel. They have more number of rooms similar to V Lavender and it's 300 m walkable distance from V Lavender hotel. Very near to Little India and China Town..Lots of food stalls and Hawker centres nearby and nearby MRT is Lavender. It cannot be rated as 4 star hotel, it should fall in 3 star category.
Very nice Hotel at a convenient location for all the resorts. Takes a few minutes to the city but even this is easy manageable.
Pool and breakfast buffet are great and we had good cocktails at the bar.

Fun filled trip for the family! Had a ball of a time @ Universal Studios! Bought just 1 kids ticket since we had 4 free ones(2 adults, 2 children). Maybe next time will get the express pass so we'll save more time rather than queing. It was crazy on a Sunday!
It's good that the hotel is in a prime location of Singapore but the rooms are quite small. Having said that I don't know how are the other hotels in Singapore. The breakfast spread is normalish. The service is good. The bathroom and bed linen are tidy but our first day breakfast experience was horrible.

Entertainment hub with all kinds of entertainment designed to entrance the whole family. Universal Studios, Aquarium, Casino, concerts, shows, restaurants, retail shops and more. Lively, crowded and vibrant. Great full day or multi-days experience. Prices are higher than normal but are expected for such tourist attractions.
Leafy oasis in the heart of the city - a reprieve from the concrete jungle! Comfortable setting. The walk-out patio was a treat. The conceirge at the door and Jimmy (also concierge I believe) were very friendly and helpful. The lady on front desk not so much. Pool areas were beautiful and easy walk through top end of Fort Canning to MRT and Singapura Plaza. Would stay again.
Worth every penny. The architecture is stunning, the shopping and dining are unmatched and the views of the Garden by the Bay from my balcony were spectacular. The service is next level - the spa was incredible. I’m so glad I made the trip!
Singapore has known to attract tourists from all over the world. Hence there ought to a swarm of them wherever you go. Hotel Boss is no less. Flooded with people, mostly Asian. Lots of rooms on offer. Has an nice swimming pool located on the 4th deck. Rooms are cozy but too small. Location of hotel is good and accessible. Restaurants offer average food.

Location is great, service is perfect, from their receptionist, to room service, to the restaurant waitresses, everyone is so friendly and helpful. The only downside is the room soundproof is not good.
This is quite a large hotel with many guests, way too many. The lobby is always crowded, the breakfast buffet usually full after 8. But the room soundproof is bad, you can hear the kids running and yelling at the corridor during night time.

HFC is a pre-colonial hotel restored and opened since 2010 with 86 rooms. The original building was built way before Singapore gained independence and had usage during the Occupation(administration; no one died here). It’s about 800m from the entrance to Fort Canning Park behind the Hill Street Building.
Pros:
1. Easily accessible to room, pool, gym without any lift so no waiting time wasted. The gym is on Level 1 of the Glasshouse (separate from the main entrance which houses the rooms) and registration at B1 Glasshouse is required. Big gym with expansive equipment.
2. Connectivity to multiple MRT stations - Dhoby Ghaut MRT, Clarke Quay MRT, Fort Canning MRT, City Hall MRT
3. Garden Room consists of a view full of greenery with trees. Hallway to rooms feels nice.

Hotel boss has great staffs! I would like to firstly compliment the front desk Kimberly who made my stay from okay to perfection! She gave me a great room with the views from the Balcony at level 17 and it really is breathtaking. I saw so much view of Singapore from the balcony that I never saw in my entire life! She is super friendly, kind and lovely and it is a miracle to check in with her! Next, the room was kept very clean looking with clean beds and bathrooms. Even the balcony is clean and not dusty! The housekeeper Dan Dan is a wonderful person and is extremely hardworking and friendly! I kept the room perfectly clean when I checked out but I saw how some other families messed up and dirtied the room for the housekeeper to clean. I would like to compliment them both who made my stay wonderful. Even my mum enjoyed the visit! The only thing is that this hotel is way too busy like a town. So watch out if you don’t like crowds and noise.
We stayed only for a night in this hotel just to be closer to Changi Airport in the morning. It was not a bad choice, after all. The lobby is beautiful with a touch of luxury. The room we stayed in was okay. Thou, you can smell a smoke. The hallway got noisy at wee hours due to other guests coming back to their respective rooms after drinks from the bars nearby. We had a fast and easy check-in and out. The staff are very efficient and quick. We actually enjoyed our stay. Wish we had stayed more days.

From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel lobby until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay was nothing short of exceptional. The best hotel in Singapore by far both in terms of service, opulence and the luxury stay that you can enjoy in any of their suites. The hotel has an old world charm about it which makes it a very interesting experience. We stayed here for a couple of nights for a staycation and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are absolutely stellar and the service is outstanding. They also offer a history tour for guests staying at the hotel which is a very nice addition because the hotel is steeped in history.
It was a fabulous experience from check-in to check-out. Staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. We travelled as a family of adult children, and our room was upgraded for free! Both rooms had superb views over the supertree grove and glass houses so we could watch the light show from our balcony. We got priority access to the observation deck and visited the pool twice. Loved the fact there was an adult only area, too.
We didn't dine there, and the only issue I have is the fact that everything in Singapore harbour area that's good gets booked far in advance. We were warned about this the day before check-in and didn't do anything about it. My advice would be to choose a restaurant within the hotel as they are excellent (not like hotel food in the UK), and come highly recommended on Trip Advisor.
All in all, it was an amazing experience. Would love to come again someday, and I will sort out eateries before we arrive!

Everything seems off. While the hotel seems nice….the staff are nonexistent. I arrived, unloaded my bags and sat in the lobby until someone finally showed up to check me in. Maid service is hit or miss. Some days you just wont get it. The hotel is a ghost town after 10pm. Good luck finding even a securty guard or night staff.
If I had to guess…the hotel was recently sold, and the new owner replaced management and fired half the staff. Which is sad because the place has potential. But I firmly believe new management has no idea what they are doing.

The room is clean, the bed is comfortable.
Bathroom is clean and the water pressure is big, have a really comfortable hot water shower

Hotel Fort Canning is a charming boutique hotel, exuding history, nestled within central Singapore. A serene haven, it is perched atop a hill, requiring a 10-minute uphill walk from the nearest MRT station. The rooms are generous in size, and the bathrooms are luxurious, boasting splendid views. However, my experience was slightly marred by a persistent musty odor in the room, which only subsided after cranking the air conditioning. The amalgamation of historical elegance and modern amenities make this hotel an attractive option for travelers who don't mind a short hike.
Stayed for 5 days during a business trip. The cosy layout and privacy provided a comfortable and peaceful experience. The room's cleanliness was impeccable. It was well-equipped with a compact kitchenette, including microwave and portable cooking stove at that, and modern en-suite bathroom. It had all the important amenities including laundry, complimentary toiletries and reliable Wi-Fi, added convenience. The staffs, Anna, Alicia and Jarwin are easy to contact and were very friendly and attentive, ensuring a hassle-free stay.
Stopped here to have a Singapore Sling. Absolutely fantastic!! Make a stop to the 'Long Bar' and have a Singapore Sling! The hotel itself and absolute gorgeous! The staff as very kind and professional. We did not see a room, but would absolutely stay here in another trip, based on what we experienced as a guest just stopping in for some A/C and a drink!

Location of hotel is superb as well connected with MRT and buses nearby. Little India is at a walkable distance.
The breakfast was a little disappointing though. I believe that Indian guest occupancy was over 60% so good Indian food options could be added.

The service I received was really good. The single room I stayed in was small. Large space under bed for bags which I made use of. Very secure. Wifi provided free and excellent. Comfy bed. A little short if you are taller then 6'2. Shower water pressure very good. A washing machine, washing powder and tumble dryer, provided, free of charge. The one lift is very slow. I would prefer to take stairs, non available. USB plug sockets would have been great. Very clean.
Very noisy most nights due to location. A karaoke bar next door. Lots of bars and restaurants in immediate vicinity. Cancellation policy - non existent. I would not stay here again.

I loved the hotel but the service especially the receptionist at the check in desk needs improving. Too cold to be called a service.

Wish they had informed customers how to open the room door to save our efforts. I tried to turn the very heavy handle and my neighbors told me they did the same.

An honest review from a guest in the 32-40 age group. This hotel is beautiful and super comfortable, however the experience left a lot to be desired. We stayed here for four nights on part of our honeymoon, and while the room was amazing, the staff experience ranged from odd to uncomfortable. Let’s be short - the staff here are professional and kind, but the target audience is 60+ and British. When you’re a younger guest, the staff do not recognize you as a guest - they recognize you as a tourist coming to Long Bar or to take pictures on the grounds. At a moderate sized 5-star hotel, I’d expect the staff to at least recognize the faces of their guests. There were too many times we were greeted with apprehension like we were just part of the tourist masses that constantly roam the open grounds. The other weird piece, we had to request turn down service every night, otherwise it wasn’t done (they also forgot one night we asked). Never been to a 4 or 5 star hotel where that wasn’t just the unspoken expectation. Don’t get me wrong, my wife and I are easy going Californians, but this just felt tense the whole time. Maybe look elsewhere if you are in our age group and want to enjoy this super cool city!

My stay was amazing here. The gym and pool were great to workout and stay active in the mornings. The location was also excellent as it was right by orchard road and only lesson a ten minute walk. The hotel is very boutique like and catered to all needs that we had when requested.
Breakfast was great as well with a good selection before going out to explore more locals foods and markets. The fruit was fresh and desserts were amazing!

I highly recommend staying here as the price is very reasonable and having the park while being so close to the main street us perfect.
