Untidy, cannot enter the wash room because of the smell. Table are not cleaned. They agreed food in 15minutes and received 28th minute. Chicken also tastes different from KFC. Worst KFC branch.

On April 12, 2024, at 12:46 AM, I visited the KFC outlet in Doha, Qatar, specifically store 12730. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.
The staff at this branch exhibited unprofessional behavior. They seemed indifferent and lacked basic courtesy. The tables were unclean and the floor was dirty, which raised hygiene concerns. Despite multiple requests, it took considerable effort to get them to clean the tables.
The washroom was equally disappointing. It emitted an unpleasant odor, and there were no tissue papers available. To make matters worse, the toilet bin was overflowing.
In summary, my visit to this KFC outlet left me with a negative impression due to the unprofessional staff, dirty tables, and subpar washroom conditions. I hope the management takes corrective measures to improve the overall experience for customers.

Wasn't a great experience, cold food and non fizzy soda. Even after asking for hot fries it was still cold. The chicken pieces were also cold. Definitely wont go back to that branch

I would like to share the horrible experience which I faced from one of your store ( KFC Doha ) I stepped to the store for collecting the food , staff there ( Mr ...... ) was talking to his colleague in his regional language ( Tagalog) saying “its on offer “. And they continued the talk which as a customer was really offendive . When I started having food I came to know it is having a taste difference + black colour on All the chicken , also the same feedback i got from my friends . ( Attached picture for your reference) Later I went to give feedback to the staff and he said it may be because of the chicken .
This is not the first time I’m having bad experience from the store , I visited 5 times in last 10 days all these days the staff attitude was not matching the standard which Kfc offers . Being a global brand using regional language on the floor in the customer presence can be really disappointing .
After making the complaint to customer support I received a call from the store and I’m truly not Satisfied with their response. I really need to escalate this to the next level so no other customer is going to get such a service in the future.

Compared to our visit earlier, we again had a dine in and found out the lights have been restored and thus became more delighted to dine with bright lights above the head.
Still the issue with menu is there. We were not provided with a menu thus we were in confusion. Thus i am only giving a 3 star for the service.
