It was really nice staying at this apartment. It was really clean, and very well maintained. The process of moving in and out was also very smooth. We were helped by Arun, he was really helpful. Highly recommended.

Arun is a great host from the moment I met him. I booked his lovely apartment in JLT for 3 months. Great place and very convenient area, near metro and shopping centres.
I would stay here again when I get a chance.

I am writing to confirm what they claim to , responsible host. A friend stayed at one of their homes sometime back and was very happy with overall experience. Last night , fate brought me in contact with them which reaffirmed Ahlans commitment.

Great apartment, great location!
Horrible Managment, they make you pay AED 250 for late check in which is nowhere written in their policies. Secondly, the person is entering your apartment without even being invited, when it comes back to giving back the cash deposit and he blackmails you to give 5 stars only here on Google and only then he was willing to handover the cash deposit. And thirdly, they kick you out of the apartment before the check out time.
Not a nice and convenient experience for a stay.

We booked an apartment from here for the winter holidays. The apartment was really big with awesome view and a huge balcony.
We got some problems with bathrooms, but they weren’t critical. Also we had an issue with the microwave, but it was solved in 2 days. Overall score for me is 4,9/5. Thanks to Mr. Arun for helping with check-in and microwave as well!
