Teeny old school rooms. No AC. Both bathrooms or since in the rooms. No mini fridge or microwave combo like other state schools in the area. No carpet.

Student dormitory at UMD
It has no air conditioning, a mild bug problem, communal bathrooms, broken dryers, and an unfortunate location right next to the stadium so band practices and games are loud.
Of the few things going for it, it's not too far from most things on campus, since it's directly outside of the Diner, and staff clean the bathrooms and hallways daily.
