Rural on Tap

Rural used to have a great beer selection and they used to have tap takeovers. All of the unique beer offerings are gone including both craft cans and tap beer choices. This place went from a cool neighborhood spot to a cardboard selection of boring rubbish. Staff was also rude and unaccommodating on the latest visit.

Stopped in for my first time on Saturday for some holiday drinks and may have found my new favorite spot. They had a meat raffle and won some amazing pork chops and the service and other customers were great definitely will be heading back.

We had my mother’s retirement party there and Sierra was the only bartender working. She was fantastic on serving all our guests and very attentive. We just appreciate her immensely!!

I normally love this place, especially on Thursdays but the new bartender was NOT nice and made extremely weak drinks. Quality has definitely changed.

It's been a while since I've been to ROT in the old hood! Still a great little neighborhood bar! Friendly staff, groovy patrons, & great music from Ryan V.!

Had this place been here when I lived on Regan St., I'd have been in big trouble. The beer list isn't as extensive as it was pre shake up. They dont have enough tables. They have two huge tables that just the two of us had to take up because there was nowhere else to sit and I watched many potential patrons walk in, look around and walk out. I hate the gaming room, taking up a 1/4 of the seating area. However, despite all that, we did have a great time. I love that they allow Primos to the bar and they supply the plates and napkins. The bar tenders doubled as the servers, and even with every stool occupied, they were by frequently and if I did need something, their response was nearly immediate. And then, there was the live music last night; Espinosa and Coffey. I can't even express how good they were, you'll just have to find out where they're playing next and find out for yourselves. I'll definitely be going back.
