Got my "triple white" trainers home and the Nike badges were lilac took them back for a refund and was refused it and offered store credit instead even though if someone is "not as described" I am legally entitled to a refund. Going to give trading standards a call

I can’t say anything about the store, but the assistant manager is incompetent and irresponsible. I bought football jerseys, one of them had a defect, he examined them and said that there was no defect and refused to return the goods since they were used once

A good selection of footwear, clothes, bags etc. Staff were helpful. Plenty of parking and easily accessible

Steer clear of here for your own good. The only thing this store has going for it are its low prices, but even those won't tempt me to shop there again. The staff here are incredibly rude and obnoxious and sadly the manager is the worst of the lot of them, actually encouraging his subordinates to be rude to customers. I was at the back of the store looking at shoes today when I heard him at the other end of the store firstly being rude to a customer with another member of staff and then, when the customer left, he said to his employee, loud enough for everyone in the shop to hear, "don't worry, you can give them what they're asking for and they'll still moan". I put down what I was going to buy and walked straight out. How he has kept a job, let alone been put in charge of a store, with an attitude like that is a mystery to me. Anywhere I've ever worked I'd expect to be fired for treating customers the way Sports Direct staff do. Having witnessed this behaviour in various SD stores now I won't be shopping in any of their stores again. I'd rather pay more for goods and receive good service than save a few pennies whilst being treated like a piece of dirt.

My grandaughters liverpool kit was 6 to 9 months and she is nearly one, it was a perfect fit for her. Also next day delivery.
A little pricey but avaliable and promt

I went into this branch last week to look for a jacket for my son. After wondering around for a while, we couldn't find what we were after. My son (11 years old) approached a member of staff. His name was Lewis. He explained what sort of jacket he wanted, and Lewis explained that as they are a small store they didn't keep everything in stock. But, instead of leaving it there he took us to a computer and we browsed the web page. We soon discovered the jacket my son wanted was out of our price range, so Lewis showed us some different jackets in store. My son tried a few on and Lewis went above and beyond to help us by checking the warehouse to see if he had his size. Meanwhile why my son was being sorted my daughter found a coat she liked. They didn't have her size on show but again Lewis checked the warehouse and came back with her size. Both of my children came away with a coat each and a stress free mummy.

Clean tidy store. The lady who helped me as I'm only 4'8 & size 18-20 was really friendly,helpful. She sorted a short leg trousers for me. We also bought a jacket for my husband. I'm sorry I didn't get her name as she deserves a mention. Her customer service was spot on.
