Remember taking clay classes back here back in the day. Fond memories. Made some cool stuff and the little building has a lot of stuff for potters. Cool mural outside as well.

I took a class here and then joined the studio full time. The people here are awesome and it’s really cool learning with so many other artists. It’s difficult to find a pottery studio with as good hours as this one. They have electric, gas, raku, and a wood kiln (which is an awesome time to meet all the people).

There site clearly shows that they offer kiln rentals and or offer kiln usage to the community but when I got a return phone call about firing 4 small pieces of precious metal clay(identical compounds as traditional pottery mix) in a controlled stainless steel sealed pan at 1,465°f, I was blatantly lied to saying their kilns lowest temp was 1,900°f!! traditional standard pottery fires at 1,000°f, and even explained in detail that the material was safe to use, still was turned down bc of bias reasons I feel. I wanted to make sterling silver teeth covers or "grillz" and it doesnt conform to the "norm" standard of society and was turned down on that premis. I offered compensation in this matter also, oh well.
