Very cool place. Love that it's free and open to the public. It's a nice little spot on Belle Isle with small animals and birds. Kids will love it here. They have outdoor seating for you and the fam. There's also a little free library in front as well!
I love a hands on nature center. This place was small but nice. Native Michigan reptiles/bugs/birds. Lots to learn and hands on things for all ages.
A beautiful place to walk and enjoy waterfront views of Detroit and Windsor. Plenty of photo opportunities, lots of space.

There are lots of neat exhibits to see. They have animals you can check out. We were watching the bird area where the feeders are. These four deer came out and started eating. It was neat to see them through the window so close. They also have interactive displays. The bee hive was neat to see. The inside comb was pretty cool. It's free to check out also. Definitely recommend. I've been there several times now.
Always great! Kid friendly. Don't understand the narrow and non-accessible decks in several locations.
It was a wonderful experience. The children had a wonderful time. I took my own children back and they had a wonderful time.
Nice educational place for the kids and adults. There’s plenty to learn. You can explore the nature side of Michigan. The staff was super friendly. The place was very clean. There’s lots to see. Do check them out.
