These guys are amazing! Phoned up just after 9am, managed to get me booked in on the same day for 11am. Originally was just to fix a very loose rear brake but managed to resolve many more issues I wasn't even aware of. In 45 minutes they changed my worn brake pads, adjusted my gears, tightened up everything loose on the bike, properly adjusted my handlebar height to make it more comfortable even greased my handlebar stem to stop it from seizing up! Talked me through everything and showed me some things I can do myself going forward, very polite and just an all round great service. Highly recommend them to anyone I only wish I could have afforded more than the requested donation. Thank you for all of your help.

Amazing experience here. The guys are fantastic and helped me out with all the problems I caused. Can't praise them enough. Fast, efficient and price is fantastic. Will struggle to find where better.

I needed two things repaired on my bike, we went today and they helped me through the whole thing quickly and allowed me to borrow They're tools to unscrew and screw things. They're very patient when helping with repairs. I learned a lot today . I highly recommend here very much. Thank you cranks!

Amazing place. Thoughtful and a credit to the biking community. Diy workshop with assistants on hand if needed. Friendly staff and special thanks to Ian who helped me get an old dilapidated road bike back on the road. Pay as you feel donation and parts at pretty much trade prices. They also do workshop classes for those wanting to learn more. Great place. Keep it going :)

The nicest bike repair shop in the county if not the country! I was fitted in with a same day appointment, luckily as they’re always busy! Ian was just the best, so calm, I could have stayed all day fixing up bikes with him! Would recommend to anyone looking for not JUST a bike repair place but for anyone keen to understand how bikes work! Incredible concept, and an amazing price to boot! Will be coming back as soon as I need to!
