Watr at the 1 Rooftop

This restaurant is an interesting place. The food, drink, and service are the high quality you expect at an expensive Miami Beach Hotel, but the proximity to the pool & pool bar made it seem more casual in a not-so-nice way. Perhaps I felt the poolside proximity because our table was across the bar and in the main thoroughfare back into the hotel; tables on the other side, away from the barside, looked more similar to a high-end restaurant experience. The food was great, loved the Gyoza, Wagyu toast, and the chicken karagge. I don't remember the spice mix they used on the chicken and the sticky rice, but it paired so well and were flavors I was not familiar with.

I visited here with my partner for brunch - one of the best rooftop restaurant I have been to. From the service to the food to the atmosphere: it was amazing. The sushi and drinks were heavenly, the views were gorgeous and the entertainment from the DJ was relaxing. 100% recommend!

My sister and I visited this restaurant in November 2023 and had the most incredible meal of our lives!!! My sister is pretty particular about food and service and is quite hard to impress. This was the best meal of her life, in her words! Our waiter, Patrick, was impeccable and so attentive and made some great suggestions for us. The atmosphere is unmatched. Such a beautiful spot with a breathtaking view!

Watr is one of my favorite rooftops in Miami because of its chic decor, relaxed ambiance, and fantastic views. This rooftop lies above 1 Hotel which has a modern lobby with spacious seating and a central theme around nature. Their beautiful pools, trees, and views make this place picture-worthy. I did not get a chance to try food from their menu but I would come back for dinner when I am in the mood for Japanese cuisine. The drinks are a little overpriced but the location and service make up for it. Can't wait for my next visit!

This place truly left me speechless. Everything about it was super nice. The DJ was playing all of my favorite house music, the food was delicious and the views were unreal. I recommend going here during the day because of the views!

Stunning upscale views and vibe. A better place to come for a drink and an appetizer rather than dinner. Bartender service was top notch, same with the dinner waiters being so attentive. Dinner food was solid but not worth the price tag, there are better sushi for half the price elsewhere. Overall a good experience and great vibe to visit on the rooftop
