It’s a hit or miss situation here. We’ve been here a lot. Some meals have been great and others just good. The sushi has been good every time I have ordered it. Hibachi chefs are not created equally and they really need to update “the show” because it’s the same stuff for years now. The good news is that we have never had a bad meal here, ever. We have had other guests at the table misbehave without any staff member of the restaurant saying anything to them.

Not sure how this place had 4 starts on Google. Our first impression was the rude hostess. I had the chicken my husband had the shrimp habachi. Food wasn't left on the grill long enough. Seemed like they were so focused on clearing seats and lastly they charge for a To-go box

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. The point of going to a Hibachi grill restaurant is for the experience. Our chef did not even speak to us besides confirming the order. So of course that means no personality, no engagement, nor showmanship. We saw other guests have the full experience. Our chef also messed up the food, realizing the mistake after he had plated it. And the food was bland. When I went to the manager and told her the point of coming to the restaurant was for the experience and that I had brought a guest who had never been to a hibachi grill, I was told that the chef was new and didn’t speak English so that’s why we had the experience we had and that when we come next time to ask for a different chef. I told her that was not an acceptable excuse and that he could’ve been set up with an experienced chef to provide better service and customer satisfaction. I was then told that they were short staffed and he just came in to help. That is not my problem. I told her I disagreed with the price we were being charged. Quite frankly the waitress didn’t even ask for the payment. I wanted to just walk out but I wanted my server to get a tip and I didn’t just want to leave. When I disputed the bill the manager was not going to reduce the price. After much conversation she said I’ll only take off 10% because nothing was wrong with the food. I said “ma’am that’s just the tax.” Now I’ve gone to plenty of restaurants and I know managers comp meals for bad experience. I would not recommend this place at all!

Very rude unpleasant staff. Will take my business elsewhere! Also they charge for every sauce if you want any with your food! Also see the attached photo for how my food was given to me. Will NEVER be back!

Nice nite out to dinner . Had a taste for sushi and fried rice made a great food pick !!! It was Mother’s Day they was busy no RSVP it was just a 25 minute wait , which wasn’t bad cause of the holiday ! Ordered red wine sushi veggie and fried rice . Everything was good and up to part . Enjoyed the chef he was active and funny at the same time . We had a great experience !!! Lots of free parking . Handicap accessible . Very kid friendly ! They was very professional . I haven’t been in years but I’ll be back when I’m in town. !

Visited here for the first time last week on Valentine's Day. Was definitely busy, that's for sure.

Initial impressions weren't favorable as we stood waiting at the hostess desk for about 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Finally got our name in and waited about an hour before we were eventually sat at a table.

Overall the food was good. Interaction with the hibachi chef was good. Nothing much above and beyond any other similar restaurant in the area.

Sushi was good. Didn't get dessert. Had to wait awhile for drink refills and other items sometimes, but will give them leeway here as it was Valentine's Day and very busy.

First time customer, Went here for lunch very happy service Susie I believe was her name was extremely efficient, quick with drinks and order. Food portion for lunch was great I got the teriyaki chicken and Steak combo, my wife ordered the lunch sushi special. Overall great deal I will return!
