Lovely falls with access behind. Can be slippery when wet

Only did the twin falls circuit but took the 5 minute detour onto the "warrie circuit" path (past the warning sign), well worth it, another big waterfall you can walk behind, a few rock pools, no crowds.

Very good waterfalls, can walk behind the falls

Rainbow Falls are well-known for a beautiful rainbow at the rock pool of the falls, constantly present regardless of season. One of the best tracks to the Rainbow Falls is via the Canyon Lookout where it takes you through a beautiful rain forest towards the Rainbow Falls. The track takes approximately 35 minutes. The track passes behind the fall waters which is so unique.

So beautiful it was hard not to linger! We were on the Warrie Circuit so imagine our delight to be passing by the back of a waterfall! Water was fresh enough to drink (no tummyaches after) and there was definitely a rainbow to see, light depending. A bit slippery so take care while walking and snapping pictures!

Don't worry about the warning sign. The rainbow fall is just round the corner. So even if you don't want to do the 14 h walk you can just get to the rainbow fall and return.
