I visited here for vacation and bought a glass but it broke in the move. I was so disappointed so I thought I would call the store to see if they could ship me a new order? I called the store and they directed me to Wendy. She was amazing! She shipped me a new one and some extras to my address! 5 Star customer service and amazing gratitude towards customers! Very thankful for her. Thank you Wendy for everything!

Parents beware! We got a snow globe for our daughter and I just gently sat the bag on the counter (inside the globe was wrapped in paper) and the snow globe shattered. It was $12 before tax and I think a child could have squeezed it with two fingers and it shatter due to paper thin glass. Blessing in disguise that we hadn’t given it to her yet so my daughter didn’t get sliced opened by the glass. Items are not good quality.

Didn’t expect a shop or their staff to be one of my favorite parts of visiting Nashville, but this store is precious with so much fun stuff to look at you could circle through multiple times and find something you missed! The owners are amazing humans who truly love making their visitors leave happy! I can’t wait to get some special Elvis gifts from them to a very special friend and tell her all about the owner and her precious heart! Funny, I managed to ‘unknowingly’ visit each of their stores and I’m so glad I did!

If I could I would rate this place less than 1 star. I came to Nashville as a tourist and stopped by to see their souvenirs. I walked in and I’m not greeted, hardly any eye contact, and the cashier did not seem to want to service me. The looks I received in their store had me feeling as if I were not welcome. This store is on a well trafficked area full of tourists and should be welcoming to ALL tourists.

TL;TR: AS A POC TOURIST I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

I purchased a pullover sweatshirt here and when I got home to NY, realized there was a giant pull in the material. Wendy the owner, read my email regarding the matter and sent a brand new one to my home, and added an additional surprise in the package, a Nashville bag! Now that is customer service. We go to Nashville 6-12 times per year and shop here regularly and I will always buy from this store! They excel in customer service and appreciation and I am so happy with the way they handled my small problem. They are truly a class act, in a addition to being the perfect and best Nashville gift shop!!! -Nikki R.
