Inflatable World Burleigh

We booked a party at Inflatable World Burleigh for my daughters 5th birthday and had the best time!

From my initial discussion with Brett to how supportive he was with our regular (drastic) number increase, he was so professional and responsive to my many questions.

The staff on the day were brilliant - I really wish I’d taken names. From storing cakes and party bags to managing multiple parties and party hosts all on a 31 degree day, the staff took everything in their stride and performed their roles beautifully.

All of the staff scattered around the castles were amazing ensuring the kids were behaving in a safe manner at all times.

Those hot chips were some of the best we’ve ever eaten and the platters so generous in sizing - kudos to the chef.

You have a fantastic establishment and a wonderful team. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

Don’t even bother driving there. It’s a waste of time. There is no air conditioner and your kids will get heat stroke like mine did. We had to leave before we had even been there for an hour. I contacted management who had excuses for absolutely everything. The staff have fans behind the counter but where the customers sit there is absolutely no fans at all. It’s disgustingly hot. Don’t waste your time or money. Management clearly doesn’t care about this issue as proven in the messages they sent me

My son had his Tenth birthday here today with family and school friends.
They had a great time jumping and sliding on the many inflatables they have at their venue.
They are very reasonably priced with options of self or supplied catering. Also with a big supplied table and plenty of seating for the party guests.
I also found the staff to be super nice and helpful ☺️ I would definitely come back.

BirthdY party the kids had fun.... we had a catered package. Can't complain about the service provided at all. The only weird thing considering the venue activity was that a drink for the kids was not included in our package & given the strenuous activity and the heat inside maybe the most basic package should at least cater a popper for each child.....

Amazing - we had our sons birthday here and it was the best party he has had. The staff were exceptional from the moment we enquired till the party finished. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Private party for child. Best way to do it. Plenty of room and tables provided to set up. Kids love it. Staff really helpful and nice. Proper cafe Coffee available and is very satisfactory. Second time we've had a kid's party there. Parking is fine once others have left.
