Shree Gogaleshwar devasthan

This temple is behind the Bhatikar School Madgaon..I got an opportunity to get blessings when I was in Madgaon

Good place with parking facility and small hallroom to host any function for 100-200 people.

This was a very small Pedd about 30 years ago, know as a very 'Jagruth devasthan' of Gogaleshwar, the Lord of Gogal.
A Pedd with a huge Pipal tree with open space on all sides, which eventually dried u and as the place around got commercial, with new buildings coming around. Still a Rickshaw drive from around watered the tree every day and it was being reborn, but very soon the whole tree us uprooted, as per the locals the Land actually belongs to the Landlord's, Kare, who were generous enough to donate the land for the temple, thus a temple with a hall is constructed thereon and Pedd of Naag Devta. The temple area has just got an addition of a Shivaji Statue recently.

The most holy temple in Margao

This place is a Shiva Temple. Every Monday there are special poojas in morning like abhishekam. Also on Monday night evening Bhajan starts around 730 pm followed by Aarti and Maha prasad at 915 pm. One can visit this temple on Mahashivratr Day. This temple is having a small hall for 400 seating capacity. This hall is rented out for religious ceremonies, marriage, competitions etc.
