If you are a local, then only you shall have a somewhat hassle free billing and exchange at the counter. The owner is a decent fellow but can't say the same about the lady staff. Extremely unpleasant and impolite. Quite a few people struggle to get things accordingly to what they actually want and what they actually go home with. This place needs to work on etiquettes.
PS: Don't even think about bringing your car via station road. Go upto Viktor hospital and park it alongside there. This place only has bike parking (it doesn't even have bike parking tbh but atleast you can squeeze it around nearby somewhere).

Staff was responsive and courteous over the phone and that's a plus for me. On visiting the store we found them to be efficient and very helpful despite the constant walk-ins.
Update: They do not deliver cylinders of new connections. They only do delivery of refill.

After reading all the reviews I went there with a negative mind set, however, I was surprised to see how helpful the staff were. It was very hassel free. Even the gas technician was courteous enough.
Over all good services. Read review before I got connection done....but in my experience it was a smooth process as all documents were there what they need.......mechanic came to install had with regulator separately...and tried to find fault so that he can service my gas unnecessarily.....but one need to be watchful and clever.....because just few months ago I got it serviced and did necessary replacements...
Customer service is very poor.handling a customer with no respect . courtesy is not there.as customers are paying nothing comes for free.terrible experience so far . specially when it comes to information.
Worst experience ever, when we asked about stove, agency people told its mandatory to buy and we told we already have stove we don’t want but at that time they started arguing. But later we noticed at the time of delivery displayed on board and even they gave us document in that clearly written damodar has not forced me to buy a stove after asking their members they doesn’t have answer for that Very worst experience ever. Fully disappointed.
