It was told to me at the time of selling the cylinder. When you go home, you can return the cylinder. I will get the full money and when I am going home. When I went to return the cylinder, they are straight away refusing that there is no return, it does not happen and we did not say so, this is a sheer betrayal of the public.

Excellent customer service by Mr. Aniket we need more people like him in Goa. Generally online customer service in goa is very poor laid back. Well done Aniket 👏

I had booked my gas on 14th june n hv not yet received d cyl. I tried to call no one picking d call, den I got d land line no from google, wen dialed it shows invalied n my gass is abt to die unprofessional staff

I approach their office in the morning to transfer my connection to them. Every staff is reluctant to talk to me. Finally one of them tell me to do online transfer. At 3:45pm, I called them and tell them that the option to switch distributor is not working. That same lady said again, there is no way to transfer connection online.
