The Fort Ticonderoga Ferry is a beautiful ride across Lake Champlain that will save 30+ miles of driving. Beautiful 360 degree scenery. Great crew on board also.

Nice place. Well kept. Good place to catch the ferry to Vermont.

Nice way to cross Champlain. Easy and safe. Took 20 minutes on the h2o. Prepare to wait for a bit for the ferry to return.

Really nice captain and crew. Military discount was a surprise. Also surprised that it's on a cable. Never been on a cable ferry.

One of the oldest continuously running ferries. I went across on a rainy day. Cost $3. There was lighting in the distance. The pilot let me stand in the bridge so I wouldn't get struck by lightning.

Before seeing Ft. Ticonderoga, got to watch the ferry approach from other side. Then, unload and reload with a full group of vehicles. Enjoyed watching this process up close.

Nice launch. Easy access with double wide ramp for two boats to load or unload or load at the same time. Ferry crossing right here as well to cross over and cut your time down from traveling all the way around the lake.
Rustic restroom facilities but clean and usable.
