Very rude management no customer service skills at all! Don’t know how to talk to people
I called to get details I told him I would provide food, drinks, decor and in charge of clean ups. I only needed tables and chairs for 300. He said it would cost $8,700 I actually found a cheaper location in fairfax for $6,500 at North American university.
The owner ranvir is very very unprofessional. Please do not waste your time with this guy or his venue. We made a appointments at 1 pm with him on saturday a week in advance and the day of, we told him we are on the way. This guy never shows up we are still sitting outside our cara in the cold. When we called him the guy finally answered and said im busy and to leave the parking lot. Terrible terrible service. He lost a wedding of 450 people. Because of his rudeness and unprofessional. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE I MEAN IT
The owner (Rambir) is a very rude person. He was nice at first and then changed his attitude when we were about to sign the contract. He tried making changes to the contract against what we had discussed, he started yelling and got on his phone, “I am not going to listen to you guys unless I hear what I want to hear”. He was doing all this while there were other people waiting outside to talk to him. He’s a very unprofessional person and would definitely not recommend going to him. He owns Rose gold, GN even center and Waterford in Springfield. Avoid him at all costs!
Had a pre-wedding party at GN Event Center in Manassas. Good venue for a large crowd. Place was clean and staff was great. Management was very flexible and accommodating. They have many options for decor themes and colors. We asked for a specific arrangement and colors for the stage, sweetheart table, and guest tables, and they nailed it. I appreciate the attention to details. This place is highly recommended.
A warm reception from the owner. Very receptive. Enough parking space. The ballroom is clean and always up-to-date.
