Sky Zone Trampoline Park

The place is filthy. You could tell as you walked in, literally at the entrance is dirt and trash piled up on the floor mats as you’re walking in. The floors are ridiculously dirty. I only decided to look at the actual play gyms after going to the restrooms and noticing it smelled like urine all down the hall. The restrooms didn’t have paper towels, they weren’t clean at all and the toilet paper dispensers were broken and on the floor in one of the bathroom stalls. Plus it was dark in there. So I decided to look at the gym and noticed literal trash under it, it’s never been cleaned. The jumping mats were covered in trash and hair. It was gross. We didn’t last 30 mins in there. I couldn’t take photos because I was trying to carry my very upset toddler out. That place should have some standard of sanitation because of the nature of play but it has none. It was run by a bunch of nonchalant young kids. I will not be returning there. I know germs are inevitable in indoor playgrounds but that place fosters them because it’s obvious it is never cleaned. Disgusted especially charging people at a minimum of 25.99/person.

Had our daughter’s birthday party there today.We had a party host named Jason. He was wonderful and very helpful! The kids and parents had a blast! Appreciate the great customer service, and the facility was clean and organized for the party!

Celebrated a birthday here and enjoyed all that the park has to offer. Got an hour of jump time and an hour of break room. The host Jason was cool, professional, and courteous ensuring that the entire party was taken care of.

The facility got busy around 11 so if you have junior jumpers recommend the 10 o'clock jump times.

This is a great place to take the kids on a rainy day. Would suggest getting here early when it first opens before the birthday rush starts as it gets packed. Be sure to fill out the waiver prior to going. I also suggest getting the membership as it usually cheaper and pays for itself if you come back another time in the month. Just need to cancel a few days before the end of the month if you don’t want it to renew.

Everything was going fine at first but then my two year old was jumping as I stood beside him he got stuck in a hole and half of his body was swinging below I had to grab him before he fell completely through the distance to the ground was about 1 floor it was the most horrific scenario my baby could of died or been severely injured . This attraction was on the upper level. After I looked around and noticed it was other areas that had unsafe space and places where kids could get stuck. Management did put some one over in the area to keep a look out but not sure if it will get fixed

Had my son’s birthday party at this location in December and do not recommend. It was very unorganized.
- Anybody can walk up to the desk and say they’re there for your child’s birthday party and they add them to your tab regardless of the number you initially stated would be there. (I did get a refund on the extra kids added after a phone call).
- The section for toddlers was overrun with big kids pushing into each other.
- For the price you pay for a party, it’d be nice if even a small section of a trampoline or one of the dodge ball courts could be dedicated to the birthday party as to avoid toddlers being trampled by others.
- The party room was said to hold 30 people, and it does, if you’re standing shoulder to shoulder and willing not to move.
- Birthday kids never received their t-shirts included in the package.
- The bathrooms were not clean at all.
