Early bird special is nice for people working in the area (In before 10am, out before 6pm = $15)

Staff are nice and helpful.

It's a bit cramped in there so take caution when making your way down and watch for oncoming cars.

Just remember to take the ramp down as this is the underground garage not the above ground one on Cumberland.

Very convenient lot ( one of 3 in a row on Cumberland ). I found the payment schedule confusing however. I arrived at 4:20 on a Saturday and planned to stay till 10:00. The $2.75 per 20 minutes would get me to about 7:30, so I paid the maximum of $21.00. The ticket said I was good till 6:00 PM ( at which time a cheaper maximum kicked in ). I displayed the ticket, hoped for the best and returned at 10:30. No issues, except for a Land Rover parked with his nose at 90 degrees somewhat blocking my backing up. I also saw a small BMW taking up one of the “Oversized” spots…likely the owner’s ego is oversized.

Easy to find and park. When you turn on this street, there are 3 parking garages in a row. This garage is very easy to identify. The parking is underground and there are reserved spots for oversized vehicles on P1. P2 and onwards are for smaller vehicles and the ceilings are very low. Inside was clean and well lit. You pay at one of the pay stations and then display the ticket on your dashboard. The elevator to street level was easy to locate and you get out into an alley, see fourth picture for reference. You use the same entrance to go in and out of the garage or you can walk through the garage entrance. When you leave, it is slow to get back onto the main road as Cumberland is a one way street. Overall convenient location.

Great parking lot. Never had a problem finding space. I always go for a full day so it's about $35. Easy access to Bloor. Being on a one way street the street can be a bit hectic during the day with construction vehicles, parked cars making deliveries and pedestrians but if you're not in a rush it's fine. Payment system is easy to use.
