Here at Kabob Hut Waterloo, we started using Mealsy POS and Online Ordering System in 2017 and we love them. Mealsy pos is fast and easy to use. Their support team members are very responsive. Using their online ordering we save lots of third party commissions :D

Horrible to deal with Mealsy POS . Definitely not a good POS system for a any business. Technical support is very bad with long wait times. If your system crashes during a busy lunch or dinner rush; DO NOT expect to get any sort of resolution right away. They never send out technical support; instead they make you speak with agents over the phone with broken English. They beg everyone for good review, all the good review is Fake !

The ordering system is easy.
However, I ordered pickup online through Mealsy. Not only did the establishment not receive my order even though my card was charged, what I ordered wasn't even on their menu! I tried contacting Mealsy but was unsuccessful.

We recently switched to Mealsy ecosystem: POS, Online Ordering and in-store self ordering. It is very easy to use. The reporting is awesome that we can see all the sales from POS and online in the same place. highly recommend it.

Poor quality in POS systems and online ordering. They ignore you when you give them a call to complain everyday! It wasn't a good experience working with mealsy

Their graphics are appealing, but the tech support is terrible. The website for our restaurant has been having the same ongoing issues since we started. Now we are getting new issues. No sense of urgency to fix the many problems, and many of our customers call the store because the website won't allow them to place their order. Frustrating and a poor way to run a business!!
