Great store, would caution to check that the security sensor tags are removed before leaving the store and get the receipt. I just went through a saga of trying to remove it because my home city doesn’t have a Buffalo exchange anymore. I asked other stores that have security tags to remove it, but they refused because I didn’t have the receipt or it wasn’t from their store. I didn’t have a choice but to break the tag, let the glass shatter and ink spill on the clothes to then wash it off. Really generous of Buffalo exchange to offer a $5 discount if I went all the way back to NY just to remove this tag for the inconvenience though.
Love this location of Buffalo Exchange! Huge store with a tremendous selection of men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, boots, sneakers, purses, jewelry, belts and accessories! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly! The fantastic manager, Katie, has a great team! Favorite managers and buyers are Nicky, Lexi and Alexia. They are always a pleasure to assist in the buying process. A+ store! Highly recommend!
Overpriced and limited selection. Okay if you're looking for upscale vintage, but not a very good deal if you're just looking for daily clothes.
Great employees! The cashier Lexi was ever friendly & clear with the exchange policies. The workers at the changing room were so patient with my 20+ items.. good place to show overall!
My best selling experience was at this Buffalo Exchange location. The managers were so much fun to talk to and it was clear they enjoyed training junior employees. The offer prices for my clothes were fair and I respected how they inspected the items from all the sellers.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE! Just be aware! Because you won’t know this till you get your receipt where it says about it, lol. Makes perfect sense to let customer know after they already purchased it and can’t return. I haven’t been told about it at the register, when I spoke to the manager she said that her stuff is very well trained and mention it to every single customer. Definitely not in my case since I was purchasing another item right after and cashier skipped it again.
Stocked with an expansive inventory, there is no shortage of apparel to rummage through for one in the hopes to come across a unique item perfect for their wardrobe. On that note, this store is very much a second-hand used clothing store. While item quality is high as condition was never an issue relating to items I skimmed through, Buffalo Exchange leaves no question that the store prioritizes more modern items, many of which lack any interesting style or flair. With that established, it was disappointing to see much of their inventory seeming overpriced.
