Always dirty. Broken unsafe equipment. Sauna heater is broken for a month with coils broken posing electrocution hazard. Don't waste your money. Go to lifetime.

The life guards lack awareness!!! They do not care about kids jumping in on people.
Other members lack the ability to get after their our children!!!
Every SINGLE time have gone I have ALWAYS been told that me and my friends are required to share a swim lane when there are times with others open....... Ok fine..... But then I have other people crawling into our lane. Today I was hit in the head by a adult man who decided to force himself into the lane that I was already sharing with my wife. He did not apologize or even stop to ask if I was ok.

YOUR LIFEGUARDS SUCK!!!!!
YOUR POOL SCHEDULE SUCKS!!!!
THE PEOPLE USING IT MOST THE TIME SUCK!

I started a membership here after using my residence passes and I've been extremely disappointed on weekends. Swimming laps is impossible when adults bring their group of kids over to jump into the deep end and do not look where they are jumping. I've been kicked by kids while the parents and lifeguards look the other way and there is absolutely zero policing of bad behavior. The signs will be up for "laps only" and it is not enforced in the slightest. Someone is going to get hurt with the way kids are allowed to run screaming and jumping onto people. I literally watched a man bring a string of kids to jump into the lap lanes where people were swimming with no regard to the other people already there, and the lifeguards did nothing. Very disappointed. Also, whey are there kids in diapers swimming???? Especially in the lap pool! Ewwwewww

More friendly to little kids than paying adult members! I wish the lifeguards would actually be more strict about the lap.pool instead of letting little kids use it as a jumping and play zone. I like to swim there but it's a spendy membership when 2 days a week the pool is unusable because of children being allowed to virtually jump on your head if you are swimming laps. (Weekend days)

We have been members for a long time with a hiatus during COVID. While I enjoy the Y and LOVE the water classes I definitely have issues with the fitness center area and locker rooms. I know every business these days is short handed but a better job has to be done of monitoring children upstairs!!! It's ridiculous when they are running from machine to machine, no parents, wearing boots or crocs and there are paying members looking for a machine!! Also could we put up a sign by the E GYM that let's people know THEY MUST GO THROUGH AN ORIENTATION AND HAVE A WRIST BAND to use them. To many issues!!! The phone usage in the locker rooms, men constantly walking in and then announcing, whoops, wrong room, people using the swimsuit drying machine as their own personal clothes dryer. Some how we need to improve on somethings so the YMCA can continue to be a family friendly place.

My son played soccer through this location and after a terrible experience with a coach yelling and swearing at the kids during a game, we decided to pull our son from the program. I reached out to those in charge and I was told a refund would be possible due to the toxic environment that was occurring. Several weeks and several attempts to reach out have now gone unanswered without a refund. I’m so disappointed in the YMCA.

I was so excited to start swim lessons for my little one. We signed up as non-members in the winter but I was sure that by the last swim lesson we would join. We didn’t. It’s hard to understand why the front desk would be staffed with such an unfriendly staff. I worked at the front desk of a YMCA for years- I loved it and loved providing good customer service. They do not. One woman spoke down to me and my child so harshly that I wanted to cry- all for a misunderstanding about how you pay for a towel. A towel, which I 100% knew had a cost.

Besides the unwelcoming staff that greets you every day, I was really thrown off by the family locker room. I understand that it’s technically labeled “family/individual” locker room, but besides the other parents and young children in the locker room there were always random men who were not there with children. Every time I went in the family locker room I saw yet another man walking around completely naked. I told my husband and he didn’t believe me. Then he came once and saw it for himself. If you want parents and children to feel uncomfortable that’s how to do it. The protective mama bear in me was furious, and although we could just go to the women’s locker room, I have a son and at some point the family locker room would be more appropriate anyways. I tried to clarify with the front desk that it’s a family changing room, and they showed me it’s labeled “family/individual.” Just such a horrible experience overall.

Only bad thing is the lack of child care on Fridays after 2pm. Basically if you have children as a single parent and work a 9-5 job give up on working out fridays. Everything else is great!
