I am surprised with previous reviews given by others. I visited the eatery on 31/3/24.
The following is my opinion:
1. Food - 3/10. Can only say edible as it was lacking in herbal flavors. The food just tasted salty (7/10).
2. Environment- 6/10. Cleanliness was observed.
3. Parking - Needs to wait for clear lots. Note: parking needs to place coupons or by online payment. V crucial as officers fr MBJB are frequent in checking
4. Cost - RM33 for 2 persons. We ordered alacarte.
Lastly- we must say food was a disappointment as it was not good.

Food is fast and good.
Very average tasting. 4 ppl cost $59, pork belly was cheap at $8 per plate but very thinly slice. Big intestines were clean and no smell, but too bland. Fish cakes very so so. Only Ngo Hiang is nice.
Kueh teow kia taste ok. Clear soup, not oily. But all other dishes taste so so only. Nothing can shout about. Kopi O kosong taste awful. 5 of us spend around RM90.
Quite established simple kuey teow kia(pig''s spare parts 😂), soft and tender texture moderately flavoured.
Soup was cold, but tasty enough

I order set B $7.5 + $2 koay teow kia + ice Chinese tea $0.5 = $10/person ..... Delicious Food with reasonable cheap pricing, consider as cheap....... I think this is one of the TOP 3 koay teow kia in JB in terms of food deliciousness and pricing. The environment good n clean. Recommended for revisiting.
