BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA - pearls were chewy, soft and warm. The milk tea was creamy and perfectly sweet when mixed with the brown sugar syrup from the pearls. THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING is that the pearl becomes hard quite fast, probably because they cool down from the ice. Will still buy again!
Give it a miss. BBT isn't tasty at all. For the price, try other brands, pls. It is overated!

Ordered No.9 Royal Black Tea. On 16 April around 7pm.
Tea was so bitter and bad.... It was totally different from what I drank in another outlet last month. It feels like they soak the tea bags too long and make it bitter.
Asked the staff but staff mentioned the shop changed some recipes/leaf for the tea.
Even if changed recipes. Tea should be in CLEAR in color. I have to discard the drink 😔

Brown Sugar Dark Chocolate is tasty and the sweetness level is just nice. The drink come with delicious pearls
Had the White Velvet Peach Oolong & Brown Sugar Matcha Latte. The former was refreshing & had just the right amount of cheese - Highly recommend! The brown sugar pearls in the matcha latte were nice & soft - enjoyable to chew and more importantly not too sweet! Will definitely visit The Alley again.
One of the best brown sugar fresh milk drink I have tried. Not too sweet and the brown sugar pearl is just nice. The pearl in KSL is generally harder than the one I tried in mount Austin and tebrau city though. Make sure u drink it immediately. Won't be nice if you drink it later.
Snow strawberry lulu is great if you’re looking for something refreshing. Really love the brown sugar pearls.
I’ve visited the store twice and feel strongly that the drinks are great but service needs to be improved.
They have troubles giving customers change, especially if it’s coins. It’s really hard for customers to have exact cash as the prices are all $.90! The staff is quite rude about it too.
They also have a terrible queue system where they shout the ticket numbers and the drinks pile up so badly and get collected late because the staff isn’t doing a good job.
