Good fun for kids. It is quite high priced in comparison to other similar places in JB.
It has a play area and game zone separately. Both are even ticketed separately.
It has a seating area where parents/ guardians can wait and see their children playing. There is no need to buy an adult ticket unless you really want to go inside with your child.

Great place to bring your kids. Quite big play around. A lot of role playing stations such as supermarkets, police station, fire station, hospital. The ball pit is huge. There's a trampoline area and a beads are where you can place like sand. Just take note, the beads goes into your pants. We had to clear the beads in the hotel as all of us had it in our pants. Will definitely come again with the kids. They had a lot of fun.
First time visiting and it’s a great play area for kids 8 years old and below. Great mix of pretend play and fun slides. Lots to do! Staff is very conscientious and place is extremely clean.
Good play area for kids while parents go for hair, nail, grooming saloon. Most of the options are good and work in good condition.

Definitely a great place for children to play around. We got the tickets for 2 adults and 2 kids, about RM150 with non slip socks for all.
The children were pretty thrilled with the different play areas, which kept them occupied for almost three hours. As we went on off peak, it was good.
The staff were friendly and also watchful. They ensured to keep the place clean and safe by cleaning the areas and keeping the area tidy by putting the toys back even with the children leaving them all over the place and picking the balls and putting them back into the pool.

This indoor playground experience was truly disappointing and frustrating. When I purchased the tickets, I encountered an unexpected issue with the pricing. The pricing structure indicated that children under 2 years old were charged RM20, while kids aged 2 and above were charged RM48. My child was about to turn 2 in October, so I inquired about the tickets. To my surprise, I was told that they determine a child's age based on the year, not the exact birthdate. This policy was unlike any other indoor playground I've visited. It seems pointless to have a separate price for under 2 years old if they're going to base it on the year. Implementing a straightforward infant category would be much more practical and save everyone a lot of hassle.
Moreover, the staff seemed overly focused on maintaining the cleanliness and order of the playground. While cleanliness is important, their approach was excessive. I witnessed instances where staff members would take toys away from children, even during an ongoing play session, just because the toy was moved out of a designated area. An example of this was the plush toys with numbers and alphabets. If a child happened to take one of these toys beyond a certain boundary, the staff would promptly snatch it away, disregarding the child's desire to continue playing with it. This strict enforcement felt unreasonable, especially given that we had entered the playground well before closing time at around 4 pm, and the facility would remain open until 10 pm. The excessive vigilance seemed unnecessary and detracted from the overall enjoyment of the playground.
Furthermore, the playground featured imaginative play areas like fireman and doctor stations. However, even in these areas, the same rigid policies were applied. If a child chose to wear a costume and play in a different section, the staff would confiscate the costume and store it outside the play area. This level of strictness felt unwarranted and diminished the creative freedom that such play areas are meant to encourage.
Overall, this indoor playground experience ranks as the worst I've encountered. It's unclear what the management's rationale is behind these policies, as they appear to hinder rather than enhance the enjoyment of both children and parents. Nice place to chill and relax while watching the kids. Very spacious and clean and new. Prices is definitely on the higher side if you’re not paid in SGD, but it’s KSL mall, what do you expect? All in all, RM68 for a one day pass is very much well it.
