Tower 12 Apartment Homes

One of the best apartments in Seattle. It's very hard to find a lovely management / leasing team, responsive maintenance, well-equipped apartments and incredible views, all in the same place. My wife and I lived here for 2 years and only left because of an interstate move. Echoing one of the other reviews here - We would've taken the apartment with us if we could :)

Tower12 is a great place with a great team. Was a resident for about 15 months in a truly beautiful unit on the 6th floor. The high ceilings of the space made the apartment feel very open. Very grateful to Taryn for being my point-of-contact when originally touring and guiding me throughout the leasing process. Also very grateful to the entire Tower12 staff team, from security to concierge to maintenance. Their friendliness (always polite and always great energy), kind support, and helpfulness is definitely special. I've rented at a few different apartments across the country, and so far, no one's done it better than Tower12. I appreciate that the team is very on the ball and proactive about communicating to residents any apartment happenings, whether they were issues or events.

I wanted to note that I did live here during the elevator outages/delays, trash chute, and water pipe issues that other reviews may have mentioned. This is true, and it was inconvenient. I imagine it was exponentially more painful for residents on very high floors when elevators were down/slow. The team was good about communicating updates for the issues. While it was unfortunate that some of the issues were prolonged due to circumstances outside of the Tower12 team's control, the team was clear about what was going on and communicating to residents. These issues are always risks at any apartment, and it was unfortunate it happened at Tower12. That said, I think the team did the best they could and it showed.

Again, beautiful units. The quality of the construction is very high. Good, smooth drawers/cabinets, appliances, and flooring. The only thing I would add as a "wishlist" thought: it would be nice if Tower12 upgraded the door locks to be fob access, and upgraded the thermostats to be "smart" like Nest (or allowed residents to do so as an option).

Glad that Tower12 was the first place I called home after moving to Seattle :)

The elevators are a joke! They never work I’ve had to climb 30 flights of stairs to get home and there was no compensation for wasted time. The only working amenity is the deck. Two water pipes have burst since moving in. TVs are always broken, grills broken. You pay $300 a month to park and people still park in your spot. Their solution is to find another spoke. The only way to fully shut my door is by Locking it. This all wouldn’t seem so bad if I didn’t have to wait 30 minutes for the one working elevator. They still want to raise rent ….

An amazing residential building that I would have given a 5 if not for the ever broken elevator that increases the time to enter/exit the building by 15 minutes. The elevator has not been functioning for a few months already.

I've lived at Tower 12 for almost a year and absolutely loved every minute! The location is ideal. You are a 5-minute walk to the market, close to endless bars and restaurants, shopping, and public transit. It's a highly secure building with awesome package service, so there's never the risk of deliveries getting lost/stolen. The monthly parking and bike storage fee is reasonable. And the views from the rooftop are insane. Plus, there's a coffee machine!

The units have floor-to-ceiling windows, so there's always lots of light, and I love the super high ceilings. Everything feels so open.

But all that great stuff aside, it's the people of Tower 12 that make this building shine. Shoutouts to Taryn, Christina, Ryan, Mike, Steve, and Michael for all you do! There are also monthly social events, happy hours, pet of the month, paint and craft nights, and holiday celebrations to mingle with your fellow residents.

The gym is gorgeous. You can work out while enjoying stunning views of the needle, Elliot Bay, and beyond. Extra special shout out to Awan, fitness instructor extraordinaire and incredible person who hosts the fitness studio's Monday evening full body workout classes. His class has helped me build strength and pushes me to move. Special request to management/activity coordinator: can we please get another one of Awan's fitness classes added per week? Pretty please?

I moved across the country and I’ve been here for nearly a month and since day 1, I’ve felt so welcomed! Christina, Mike, Yaneli, Ryan, Terin and Brandon have been especially warm and have made my move in experience, general maintenance and overall experience so pleasant! They even made my cats feel welcomed too! It’s rare to have staff who’re so helpful and kind! My apartment and building itself is great and the view is spectacular! 10/10!

I have been living at Tower12 for about 8 months and i love my studio! Great location with amazing city view! All public and hallways are always clean. The staffs are professional, supportive and friendly. They are also very responsive and quick for maintenance requests. I can confidently say it is one of the best apartments i have lived in
