Our family recently leased at 95 Wall Street and I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism of the staff and overall application smooth process. Specifically, Mr. Kevin Stainback in the leasing office was an extremely pleasant and friendly interlocutor who patiently helped us navigate the process and overall move, which can be an extremely stressful time. Mr. Stainback went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of and all our needs and concerns addressed. Should you elect to leave at this amazing and beautiful property, I would encourage you to ask for Mr. Stainback by name. He will not disappoint!

Kevin in the leasing office has been an incredible help these past couple weeks. I was having multiple issues with some aspects regarding my transition to my new unit, and Kevin was there every single time I walked into the office in need of assistance. He handled my issues accordingly in a kind and friendly manner every single time. Despite my coming in almost every day one week, he never failed to assist me with a smile and an answer that reassured me that my issues would be resolved. He also maintained a cheerful attitude that kept the interaction lighthearted which I loved.

I also cannot fail to mention the help of Jeff who was the leasing consultant in charge of my specific lease. Before and during the signing, I felt as though I was incredibly anxious and annoying with my emails to Mr. Luce. Nonetheless, he was able to come to my aid and provide me with answers to keep me reassured of a smooth leasing process.

These two were incredible throughout my entire process of completing my old lease and signing a new one at the building, from start to finish. Glad to know there are some exceptional people managing the building’s tenants. I am at ease knowing I can enter the leasing office at any time and will be received with the utmost thought and care.

95 Wall should be embarrassed to be called a luxury building. Management is comparable to that of a motel.

Doormen(woman) we’re always nice and friendly, along with the maintenance staff.

Mailroom hours are difficult for people who don’t work from home.

AC repairs went on for months during a heatwave and was consistently 80-90 degrees in the apartment. Utilities are abnormally high, and stayed high even with months of not using AC.

Overall, for the price range, you can get a better building and hopefully more caring management.

I had a few experiences here that ruined it for me. For one, don't ever fill out the surveys they send you because they are not anonymous. A few months after we moved in, I filled out a survey that they sent to my email. In my survey I expressed my disappointment with a few interactions I had in the mail room. The next day I go pick up a package and the mail guy confronts me about what I wrote and goes into detail on specific things I mentioned in the survey. He then admitted that management had told him what I wrote and that he was very upset with me. Mind you, I never submitted a complaint regarding the incidents, I just thought I was submitting an anonymous survey in which they ASKED for feedback. I felt so uncomfortable and upset every time I had to pick up packages after that. I also called management to express how upset I was with their confidentiality and they didn't even care lol.

The next thing I would like to highlight is the whole AC situation. The project was not completed on time and the entire building had no AC during a heat wave. It really was unbearable and unlivable. The best part is management sent a terrible "apology email". Funny because when they were doing repairs in the lobby they hosted a breakfast for residents, but when they create horrible living conditions, they barely even acknowledge it. It was actually hotter in the apartment than it was outside. The windows barely open so there wasn't even airflow. It was so bad I would've rather left my dog in a locked car on a hot day with the windows rolled up than my own apartment. When we confronted management they said "sorry for the inconvenience". How is this a luxury building and they get away with things like this? Least they could've done is offered refreshments in the lobby lol.

Also would like to acknowledge the mail room hours. 8:30-5:30pm. Good thing I work from home because my boyfriend works from 7:30am-7pm in office and is never home in time to get his mail.

Only good thing about this place was the maintenance staff and doormen (and woman). They were great and always so nice. Overall though, this place sucks. Also, you will be paying a ton in utilities (way higher than average).
Location is good. Sadly, we visited in winter and water run cold for half of our stay. Nothing like freezing 🥶 on the other hand, our check in time was at four, but our check out time was at eleven and they only storage our bags if we payed for it. The toilet seat was cracked smelly and fake leather fome, so we didn’t use it at all. Over all, it could be way better than it is. Location is good. But if you travel with a lot of luggage be prepared to not having space for it in the room.

DO NOT lease an apartment from this place. They took a $1000 lease holding deposit from my girlfriend, scammed her, verbally abused her, and abruptly cancelled a lease on the phone when she was asking for assistance on the application. On top of that, they refused to provide any proof of the application cancellation. She has been trying to get a hold of them to send her proof of the cancellation for over a month and they keep ignoring her and keep refusing to send documentation. These people do not care about customer service and will scam you. There are much better apartment complexes in the area to find a home.

Madison, this was a leaseholder deposit. Where is the deposit refund? Your terms and agreement says it will be paid back within 30 days. It has been longer than that, and she hasn't received anything. Why do you refuse to pay her back?
Beautiful building and condos!

EDIT:

this has been brought down a star due to the no AC here. Last week was in the high 80’s and it was awful, I did not sleep even with the window open. It’s unacceptable for this “luxury” building to not have that and it’s only going to get worse as we approach may. I also have not heard an update on extending mail room hours so looks like I’ll have to wait for the weekend to get my package since I don’t work from home. Fix these issues!

Apartment is a nice place to live, my only complaint is the mail room hours. Open from 8:30am-5:30pm. I have to leave before 8:30 for work and I don’t get home till after 5:30. For how big of a building this is, you guys need to make the mail room open longer for people coming back from work. It’s very frustrating and I have talked to other people with the same problem. At least make it open till 6pm.

I moved in two months ago and very happy with the building and the area. Everyone working is so nice, friendly and extremely helpful especially Ryan, from the leasing team. He helped me so much with the move in and paperwork and he was so nice when I was calling him with questions every other day. Building is beautiful, I like that it has a dark aesthetic to it, also love the chandelier in my apartment.
I had the real New York experience. The pipes made noises all through the night. The room was tiny and everyone was on top of each other. The bathroom also tiny couldn’t even breath without touching the walls. The shower faucet popped off every-time we tried to turn it and we’d have to put it back to turn it. It even popped off in its own while in the middle of showering. There were roaches and bugs flying on our body as we tried to sleep. Key word tried because even in the dead of the night you heard the clacking of the pipes so loud we thought the building was going to explode. I honest didn’t have much hope for living conditions in New York and this place just topped the experience. Over all I had a good trip just couldn’t wait to get back to Houston. 1/10 only recommend if you want to have the typical New York experience. Don’t try the Grimaldi by this location. Worst pizza hands down.

Brett and Sheena were so helpful throughout the entire process of finding an apartment, which was so easy. The amenities, including the gym and rooftop terrace, are fantastic and the staff is so helpful. 41 Park is the best!

Debbie is amazing! She is professional, friendly and makes me feel safe. I highly recommend 95 Wall Street to anyone looking. It's clean and inviting from the moment you enter the lobby.
This was a commercial space in the 1990's with spectacular views all around from the higher floors. I know, because I was employed by a company that cleaned the building.

I use a doctor there. Don't know the place.
Building does not have air conditioning in common spaces. Hallways, lobby, elevators are 90+ degrees in summer months. Tenant air conditioning bills are very high, as each apartment is struggling to cool itself inside an oven.
The best place to live in NYC. Outstanding views on the rooftop. Safe, clean with the finest service!

I highly discourage anyone from signing a lease with Algin Management due to heavy construction in their buildings and a total lack of decency in terms of management's response.

Due to COVID-19 vacancies, they are tearing up units left and right. You can expect at least 8 hours of drilling, hammering, and vacuuming every day, which resonates through the thin concrete walls in their buildings. This makes it impossible to work from home during quarantine.

From my experience at The Murray Park, management is also impossible to reach. The super (Al Karaqi) and property manager (Dan Hochstadt) don't respond to texts or emails at all - you'll have to get lucky with a well-timed phone call. There is zero notice for upcoming apartment construction, water shutdowns, hallway renovations, etc.

The corporate office also strategically doesn't provide any direct phone numbers. Instead, you have to go through an unpleasant receptionist, who will redirect you to an email address of a supervisor (Danielle Koehler). If you're lucky, she'll call you from an "Unknown" number, so you can't follow up with her.

Overall, I wasted a tremendous amount of money with Algin, paying a premium to live in their "luxury" building, which turned out to be more of a construction workshop and a storage unit, rather than an apartment.

Algin's buildings are a total disaster at the moment, and combined with the poor building management and corporate response, I strongly encourage you to save your money and look elsewhere.

My sister and I lived in 41 Park for 5 years and do not have a single bad thing to say about the building. The doormen, porters, and office staff are all phenomenal people. Over the years, the doormen have become like family to us. Whenever we had an issue, we conveniently requested a fix through the Stonehenge App and it was fixed immediately. Would highly recommend living in this building. Great location to everywhere- MSG, Grand Central, Empire State Building, Uptown and Downtown trains. The rooftop is unbeatable as well as the amenities (gym, private lounge, laundry). Would give it 10 stars if I could!

Prime location in NYC. Staff is super friendly and takes care of everything. Building is pretty much renovated and shared spaces are always clean and organized. Building facilities as gym and laundry helps me to optimize my time when at home.
It's an absolute great location. You can walk to the time square and empire state building. There is a big bus tour stop close too. The room was quiet and big enough. It is a little dirty (dust and rust) and the hallway looks a little run down.

With a clear cut deadline to move in 3 days... the team at 41 Park was not only accommodating, efficient given our position, and most importantly seamlessly thorough! The building has that old world charm with the complimentary updates for today’s accommodations. I can’t say enough about the management and building employees who go above and beyond for there tenants! I recommend Stonehenge at 41 Park without hesitation.

41 Park is an exceptional building. Located perfectly in midtown, it's run very well by an incredibly hard working, friendly staff that keeps everything safe and clean. It's always wonderful to come home...
We had a wild ride here - 3 rooms in 4 nights due to a water leak. The first room we had was leaking from the ceiling onto the closet door and the bathroom smelled horribly moldy. We were moved to a much nicer room. We moved back into the original room on the second night because the leak was fixed. Well there turned out to be a second leak right onto the bed so we had to move the furniture around. The shower smelled even worse so we couldn't use it - we washed our hair in the kitchen sink. Third night we were given a smaller room, but this one smelled fine and we had no issues with it. The guy who monitors the office was really nice and tried to help us get a decent room, so I can't fault the service.

It feels like you're staying at a friends apartment in college - furniture is cheap, the towels are all mis-matched, the shampoo is a pump bottle shared by past guests (like a retail bottle sitting on the floor) and the soap is minuscule. I think the rooms need to be renovated, you can tell they were at one point, but the cabinets are starting to fall apart and the bathrooms needed to be regrouted/re-tiled. There was no AC even though it's listed as having it because they are window units installed in the summer - that should be made known in their listings.

I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are looking for an economy hotel with front desk only available from 9am-6pm in an old building. Next time we come to the city we will stay in a branded hotel with 24 hour service.
The only plus of this hotel is location. It is very close to all main places. All other is terrible!
In most places in the room it is very and very dirty and I have a feeling that they have never been cleaning there. Also there is a problem with water in the wc, it was going out of the toilet 2 times during my 6 days stay. The elevator is extremely slow, it takes so long to get to your floor. In the other part of the building there are a lot of immigrants live there and always the smells of kitchen and food. Also there are insects running on the floor.
Studio apartment was very clean and it was a good location. Staff was nice.

The building controls the heat which was extremely loud and hot in a tiny studio apartment, fan setting was on the fastest speed and it was too high to slow it down, shower took 10 minutes to get hot and it was just warm at best, guests are responsible for taking trash out even though you pay for a cleaning service, Double bed had plastic mattress cover which was very loud every time you moved, bed mattresses were not very comfortable.
75 Wall is a beautiful building that has spacious floor plans, clean facilities, attentive management and awesome staff. It is close to all subway lines and neighborhood development is booming. Working in the real estate industry, I believe that this building is a hidden gem amongst all residential buildings in Manhattan.
Most people live here are Jewish not bad feelings
We loved our stay!!! The manager Yunnie was really nice and polite and the staff members were very nice as well! Everything was clean and neat, we read some previous reviews and could not understand the complaints. It's apartment living so there is going to be a little noise! The elevator may be a little old but it definitely does it's job with no problems. It really seems like the people who are complaining are definitely used to being serviced 24/7! The location is great not far from Times Square and there is a subway nearby! IT IS NOT A HOTEL!! 🙂 We will definitely be back! 💙💙-Atlanta's Best Cookies
I wish we had been able to experience this hotel. We were not due to NYC and all airports shutting down flights and having many delays due to massive flooding. Despite our trip being cancelled (which we were VERY sad about) Studio Plus would not refund the cost of our room - $436. They have a no cancellation policy which we had 0 intention of doing. We were going to NYC to see my niece Graduate from College! I wanted to be there! I had no choice when the airlines cancelled 2 flights. So you would expect that when your flights are cancelled repeatedly and there is pretty much a natural disaster happening, they would reconsider. They were completely inflexible.

This is when they FINALLY - after 3 weeks and 4 emails responded. They said they would send a form for refund and then didn't. Repeat emails and attempts for communication. They then offered $56 back - after I filled out a form that included sending them pictures of both my ID and my CC back and front. Not shiesty at all (sarcasm). The most ridiculous company I have ever dealt with in all my travel international and in the US. So they got paid $436 for us not to stay there due to a trip being cancelled by 2 different airlines. Stay far far away if you expect any consideration or reasonable response.

I love medison square garden!
Apartments contain cerused oak flooring throughout, glass cabinets and elegant white marble bathrooms. The lavish kitchens are adorned with wood lacquer cabinetry, Mont Blanc Agglomerate stone counters, glass tiled backsplash, oak light vanilla wash wood flooring, integrated refrigerator, Electrolux high speed oven, washer and dryer and Bosch gas cooktop.
I used to work at Credit Suisse across the park and I am so glad to have had the chance to work across from Madison Square! That building is legend and the Metlife building is an icon....a must see for out-of-towners!
