I found B T Travel on the net and based on the reviews i thought i would give them a try. The ladies were so freindly and helpful i ended up purchasing a second break due to the confidence i had in the top quality service and advice i had received. A 5 star service with 5 star staff . Well done.

Brilliant service. It was nice to have such a freindly and personal service . They took there time to go through different options on hotels , and travel arrangements and different resorts I may like .
Again it was refreshing to talk to some one who cared about my holiday not just to make a sale.

The wonderful ladies at BT travel offered me a superb customer experience. I have booked with BT travel many times before, however, on this occasion they definitely went the extra mile to find affordable flights to New York in December at a moment's notice.
