It was just ok. Not bad but for this artisan gelato..Just ok..Yes it gets packed, long lines, popular spot BUT... I've had better.

My stellar recommendation is going to Ludlow Street( Manhattan ) and enjoying a sweet treat at " il Laboratorio del Gelato"
Way more flavored varieties. Thank me later..

Very good gelato, many flavors to pick! Didn’t love the experience as the line was huge and not quick and the staff was not very friendly.

A bit pricy for what you get but I still think is worth it. If you have enough time to wait then come here and enjoy a good dessert!

Best gelato spot in town. Their Pistachio gelato is out of this world. Seller is amazing. She kept giving us samples even though we didn’t ask. 10/10 service. Recommended to come around 11 AM because there’s no line and no customers at all. Has restroom so that’s also a plus.

The first time I tried to come to this gelato shop there was a line all the way outside. That told me that if people were willing to wait on line from outside it has to be a good place to get gelato. A good place is an understatement! When I saw all the flavors I was so overwhelmed. I wanted to try them all. I bought a medium cup with three flavors. I tried the strawberry, Salted mascarpone with chocolate crumble, and Banana split. All of them were super yummy. It was smooth and creamy. The shop was so lively because people from all over came to get gelato. I was dying to try the macadamia cream but that’s for next time! Lol! There will be a next time because this is one of the best places in New York to get gelato.

Came here for a sweet treat on a warm day and left so happy! It’s really cute inside with mint, pink, and gold decor. They have so many bright lights and tons of places for photo ops. I tried two flavors of gelato before deciding what I wanted and the server was really nice. I got the regular cup (smallest size they have) and you can choose up to 2 flavors to go in it. I got the pistachio and the chocolate pistachio. The pistachio flavor was just so delicious. So rich, light, and creamy. It was a dream. The chocolate in the chocolate pistachio was also so good! It kind of tasted like a really great Nutella (so prob a European one!). It came with a wafer on top and I am proud to say I finished every bite. It was a generous amount of gelato!! I wish they had one size down to be honest because it was just too much at once. It’s also pretty pricey at almost $10 for the regular cup but I think it was definitely worth it. I’ll definitely be back. Enjoy!!

I also tried the almond chocolate caramel flavor but the pistachio was definitely better in my opinion.

Great place, delicious gelato! The place is very appealing to the eye. The young lady behind the counter was fantastic! She offered us so many flavors to try, and it made it hard to decide! All of them were delicious! I ended up with the pavlova and mixed berries. You can't go wrong with any of them!

Amazing gelato! So many flavors and for the smallest size you get a huge portion. The employees were really friendly and we were greeted right away when we walked in. The regular gives you two flavors, but I went with the chocolate hazelnut for both. We also had another regular with caramel cheesecake crunch and a cookies flavor, I don’t remember the actual name. The chocolate hazelnut and caramel cheesecake were delicious! So good and really creamy. We weren’t huge fans of the cookie one, and looking back it would have been best to try samples before ordering, but overall it was still very good.
